Our group had such an amazing time. We absolutely loved Dulce. She was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions when it came to the sites. I definitely recommend.

An amazing experience from the first time contacting Absolute Adventure to the drop off from our amazing day. Claire was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable with choosing a customizable experiencing for my family. By choosing to do both open and closed cenotes, we were able to get the best of both worlds... equally as beautiful. In addition, this was a rescheduled trip from the pandemic closures and was so easy to rebook for a smaller group. Claire also went above and beyond checking and reassuring us because of potential issues with the weather. Our guide for the day, Dulce, was friendly, patient, helpful, and answered all our questions. A great way to experience Tulum! We were in Akumal for a wedding and recommended Absolute Adventure to everyone.... which I know Claire was able to accommodate last minute for another group a day or two later. Thank you so much for a great addition to our Mexico trip!

We have done several tours with Absolute Adventure- we always have very high expectations and they are consistently exceeded. If you're doing a tour in the area, Claire is absolutely the only option to have the best experience. The communication is great, they always arrive on time in a very comfortable vehicle. Even having done the same tour multiple times with different friends, I have learned new things every time.

We had a wonderful experience with Juan and Pascual! There was a group of 10 of us. The transportation was perfect for the drive and included waters, beers, sodas etc. We had a very organized and fun day snorkeling in the cenotes and then we enjoyed the zip line and jumping into the water. We had lots of pictures taken! The lunch is really good and a fun experience! Would definitely recommend and do it again.

Great tour. They picked us up from the Airbnb we were at on time. We had a fun time at the ruins. Swimming with turtles was so awesome. Saw some stingrays too. Relaxing and snorkeling by the cenote was also a great experience. Our guide Dulce did an amazing job and was super friendly! All around great time!

We booked this tour for our family f 11 (6 adults; 5 kids 3-15) based upon the Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed, we were pleased in every way. Our guide Hector and the driver Rodrigo did an awesome job dealing with a large and varied group. Hector got to know each of us as best he could in a short time, he made special efforts to deal directly with each of the kids as well. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and patient. His descriptions of Tuluum were interesting and the historical references added greatly to the experience. The Cenote and zipline were a highlight for the kids...especially the 3 year old who loved flying over the trees. It was a pretty rough day at the snorkeling sight with wind and waves but again the guides made it as easy for us as they could. What an amazing experience we had with Claire. She provided a private tour through two different Cenotes. We had a marvelous times and really enjoyed the entire experience including lunch at a restaurant in the jungle owned by Mayan family.

We took the private tour to Chichen Itza and Valladolid today. Our guide picked us up promptly at 6am. We stopped for coffee (included) and were on our way. The driver also stopped whenever we needed to for restroom breaks as it is a bit of a long drive. Once we got there, our guide was very knowledgeable about the ruins. What was most impressive was his own excitement and passion for Mayan culture. I loved that we were able to arrive right when the site opened. We were one of the first people there, so our photos are impeccable and without other tourists blocking our view of the ruins. You can tell that he truly enjoys the tours and talking about the history. The restaurant in Valladolid that was chosen for us was amazing. He recommended what to order and our meal was perfect. Valladolid is such a beautiful city and I’m so glad it was included in the tour. Both our guide and driver were professional, safe and accommodating to our needs. 10/10 would take a tour with Absolute Adventure again.

This was our first private tour. It was also our first visit to Coba and to the cenotes. Private is the way to go! Our guide was great! We got to Coba before the rest of the tours and rode our bikes in. No one around and the sites and sounds to ourselves. Amazing!

Our guide Claire was amazing! Her and Pascal showed up on time an were so friendly! She took us all around the ruins telling us the history, taking photos of us and for us. It was for my wife’s birthday so Claire made it so special. The cenote was so beautiful and refreshing. An the lunch was at a authentic Mayan Mexican restaurant. Claire took care of everything for us from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personalized trip!! It was all so worth it.

We arrived at the ruins before it was busy and bypassed the line because we already had tickets. Our tour guide shared the myths and truths about Mayan culture and made us laugh along the way. He knew the best spots for the best picture and was happy to take some for us. After the ruins we had a choice of 3 cenotes to choose from... I chose the more beautiful one as my boyfriend wasn’t participating in this. Again it was only me and one other person in the cenote. It was a truly peaceful and wonderful experience. We had an authentic Mexican lunch after and then headed to akumal beach to swim with the turtles. It was well worth the money to have a one on one guide and get in to the places before it got busy. Juan was great... it felt like being with a friend from home.

If you are hesitant about the cost of booking a private tour- let me reassure you, I was as well. With that being said this was the best decision I made during this holiday. Our guide Jose and driver Willie were waiting for us in the lobby before our pickup time. It was just my partner and I and we all meshed together really well!

Review is from 2 years ago. Our group of four took a private tour to Chitchen Itza, Cenotes. Wanted to avoid the bus crowd and get an early start due. Reading the reviews, I felt very confident in this company. We got to have a new adventure on our vacation and felt we were in good hands during this time. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Following our tours, We had a delicious authentic Mexican meal at a local restaurant. Before heading back to the hotel, a small amount of time was allotted at the end of the trip to tour the small town. Our entire group felt the personal tour guide made the trip and it was money well spent. Highly recommend this group and would use them in the future.

My wife and I went just yesterday to Dos Ojos with Claire and her driver Juan Manuel. They were super friendly, informative, and excellent at guiding us through the Cenotes. We were about to have the entire Cenote to ourselves which was extremely special and intimate. After we left, there were so many people there which wouldn’t have been nearly is great.

If you are looking for a private tour to any of the Mayan Ruins or other adventures I highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico. They provided the best service, super knowledgable guide, and they made it an amazing experience. This week we did the Tulum and Cenote tour one day and then the Coba and Monkey Sanctuary tour. We got to eat authentic food and shop in the Mayan villages. They know the best times to go to not have huge crowds and the private tours are super affordable. I can't say enough great things about this company. We had Claire and Pascal. We can't thank them enough for the amazing experience!

Claire (guide/owner) and Pasquale (driver) were waiting at entrance to hotel before our meet time. Had a wonderfully timed plan for the day taking advantage of early arrivals to get ahead of the crowds. Claire had great knowledge of the Tulum site and brought prepared printed information that perfectly and visually complimented her explanations. Cenote tours were hand picked wonderful sites that were nearly free of other visitors. Claire had connected relationships with site and restaurant owners. Lunch was culturally authentic and we were treated well by owners with extra treats and add ons during lunch and the rest of the day. Sites were amazing, first time in a lifetime kind of experiences

Incredible tour. We’ve never been to Mexico and went to Tulum for our honeymoon. We chose the ruins and Cenote tour and LOVED it. Our tour guide was awesome- he spoke perfect fluent English (and was also extremely proficient in Spanish along with other languages as well). He was so friendly and personable. Arrived on time and was prepared. They provided a driver who watched our things at all times. The lunch was delicious and filling, coming with alcoholic or regular drinks of your choice. We will definitely be using this reliable and efficient company in the future! Worth every penny.

We had an amazing trip and this was the highlight. We went to 2 cenotes, one open and one cave. There weren’t many other people around due to Covid, so it was nice and quiet. The guide, driver, and the two of us wore masks in the van when we couldn’t socially distance. Our guide took several pictures for us while we were swimming. The lunch was great too! I would highly recommend this tour.

Vacationing in time of Covid is hard (!) but Absolute Adventure is a bright spot. We booked a private tour to Chichen Itza with a trip to Valladolid, which were both unfortunately closed during our stay. Thankfully, we only had to put down a 10% deposit at time of booking on a cost that was already the absolute BEST among all agents. The week before we depart for Mexico, everything was clouded in uncertainties as the sites couldn't quite make up their minds on whether to reopen. However, Claire the owner kept us informed the entire time and even went as far as checking all other sites where they operate. When it became clear that the sites were not reopening, she promptly refunded our deposit. I know for sure that next time we travel to Mexico, we will book a tour with Absolute Adventure. Save yourself the trouble of endless Googling and go with them, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful private tour of two cenotes that also included a yummy lunch. Our guide Chris and our driver Pascual were both very kind. They took all the precautions for Covid-19 and we felt very safe. Can’t wait to visit Tulum again and book another tour!
