We have come to Mexico for a holiday from England and saw Absolute Adventures had glowing reviews when we were looking for day trips so we decided to book with them.

My husband and I visited Tulum for the first time and knew we wanted to do a private tour...there were so many to choose from but the reviews from Absolute Adventure seemed the most appealing to me. I’m so glad I chose it because Juan, our tour guide, was phenomenal. He was full of knowledge, locally and worldly, as well as excitement about our visit. The bonus was everything included snorkeling gear, life jackets, beverages (non and alcoholic), lunch, and air conditioned van! If we have the fortune of returning, we’ll definitely book another tour and ask for Juan!

All I can say is wow! My wife and I visited Riviera Maya, from Washington DC, for our 15 year wedding anniversary and as always were interested in experiencing some of the local history and culture. We were lucky enough to have our travel agent find Absolute Adventure and schedule our private tour to Coba with the addition of swimming in the cenotes. Being that they are a small company, their attention to detail, love for what they do, and true passion for sharing this amazing country’s culture/history was evident. Our guide was Manuel and driver Rodrigo, and they were both fantastic! Manuel was knowledgeable, well spoken, and truly seemed to love what he did and strived to learn more all time so that he may share that knowledge with his clients. I could only imagine that all the guides are the same. My wife and I are seasoned travelers and have been on excursions every where we go from Europe to the Caribbean. Absolute adventures was one of the best groups we have ever used. Take my advice. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE!

This was our second trip with Absolute Adventures and I cannot say a enough good things. Juan was our guide , and he was knowledgeable , professional, friendly and kind . I was a bit nervous, but Juan and his crew put me right at ease and made this the day of a lifetime . Saw the Coral and sea-life , and it was so beautiful it almost seemed surreal ! From booking to emailing questions and the bus driver , the entire staff is incredible. Thank you for a day our family will always treasure !

Hector was our guide and we quickly became attached to him . He was knowledgeable , thoughtful , well .educated and a world traveler . My husband, teens and I didn’t want to say goodbye to him . Talum , the turtles and cenote swim was a day we will never forget and were exceptional . We thought we would do the open Cenote , but had such faith in Hector , we did the underground Cenote , which was the experience of a lifetime ! Cannot say enough good things about the company , they took care of us like family ! All beverages , needed supplies and authentic Mayan lunch all included ! Thank you Absolute Adventures !

Absolute Adventures is the way to go if you are looking for an authentic and amazing experience. We booked a private tour of Ek Balam which included a swim in the Ex’ Canche Cenote and awesome lunch at a local restaurant.

We had an amazing day touring Tulum & Coba ruins with Juan & Pasqual. Early morning pickup at our hotel lobby to beat the crowds. Very knowledgeable guide, answered all questions, very personable. Made my niece feel comfortable practicing her Spanish! Amazing authentic Mexican lunch. Thanks for an amazing day!

Our guide, Jose, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable. Easy to talk to. The tour is small groups and we lucked out and it was just us for the day. Great private guide at Tulum who had tons of experience and knowledge to share. Cenote dive was very relaxing, although i will say if you have the choice do the underground one versus the open one. The open one was nice but i think the other would be more enjoyable and more of an experience.

We did the Coba and Tulum tour, Hector was our guide and Carlos was the driver. The tour was fantastic. Both Hector and Carlos were very nice. Hector was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The hired guides at both sites were very informative. Added bonus that Hector took pictures for us so we could enjoy the tour. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a private tour.

This past May my family booked a tour of Chichen Itzá, Valladolid, and two cenotes with Absolute Adventure. It was our second tour with this company; it is definitely the only tour company we will use when visiting the area in the future. Absolute Adventure Mexico is the best: impeccable planning, contextual flexibility, clear communication, respectful and knowledgeable staff, pride in their service, responsible supporter of local economies, and environmental advocate. Our tour guide Juan and our driver not only honored the services promised to us by the company, but discreetly anticipated our needs and worked hard at helping us get the most out of our time with them. We always felt safe with them and appreciated the fact that Juan treated us as distinct individuals, and made sure my 12-year old son did not lose interest in the well organized historical and environmental information he was sharing with us. The interactions were not scripted, just people enjoying and learning together. We were never rushed, never had to think about technical details like getting tickets or waiting in lines. It really felt like we were they only people enjoying these wonderful places. Don’t hesitate to consider Absolute Adventure Mexico. We really look forward joining them in a tour when visiting the Cancún area again. We recommend them enthusiastically and are very appreciative of the respect and dedication Absolute Adventure Mexico has shown us.

We were blessed to have Juan as our guide and Rodrigo as our driver on two amazing tours with Absolute Adventures May 21st and 23rd! We booked the two tours over their website-Tulum/Coba one day and Chichen Itza/2 Cenotes the next. The Cenotes were a last minute add on for the second tour and Claire made that happen with no issues. We corresponded via email before the trip and that made things simple.

From the prompt 7 a.m. pickup at our hotel to the final afternoon drop off we could not have asked for a better experience. Our guide Hector greeted our family group with a warm welcome and a clean comfortable van. Enroute to Tulum he offered colorful insights regarding the unique historic community we were about to experience first-hand. Throughout the tour he answered questions, pointed out key details and documented our adventure with a series of wonderful photos provided to us complimentary via the internet. Our next stop to snorkel the cenote cave was equally enjoyable. An outstanding lunch at an authentic Mayan restaurant topped off an already incredible outing. Throughout the day Hector kept a steady supply of refreshments for our comfort and allowed us to take as much time as needed to enjoy the experience. Thank you Hector and Absolute Adventures for giving us the memory of a lifetime.

Our family had the most amazing time on this tour! We started early at Tulum and practically had the entire place to ourselves. Hector was a very knowledgeable and professional guide and made sure we didn't feel rushed at all. He did a great job explaining historical details and answered all of our questions...and took lots of great photos of us along the way!

We had a wonderful experience on our tour with guide Hector and driver Pascual. Hector provided great information about the area while on our drive to Tulum and throughout the day. We were provided everything we needed to have a fun day exploring different parts of the Riviera Maya.

We had a wonderful time on our tour. We did the Tulum-Cenote-Turtles tour and loved each location, Hector was very knowledgeable and friendly and our driver Pascual was very safe and punctual. Claire was also fantastic helping us book at late notice. This was a great way to do a tour as we were able to spend as much or as little in the different locations as possible.

This was the best excursion we have ever done. Our guide Hector and driver Carlos were excellent. The Tulum tour was very informative. The cenote was amazing. We had it all to ourselves. The best part of the tour was snorkling with the giant sea turtles. We will remember this trip forever. We will definitely use them the next time we visit.

We'd had a mixed trip to Mexico up until our excursion with Absolute Adventures, which completely redeemed our vacation! Pick up was smooth and Manuel and Carlos were right on time (even if we weren't). I'm disabled and have some mobility issues and Manuel made sure that I was safe and secure as we traveled around Tulum, cenote Nicte-Ha and Akumal. When I needed to tap out in Tulum, he was able to get us a quick exit, and when I wanted more time in cenote he made that happen. Manuel also took some great photos of us throughout the day (but the cenote ones are my favorite). Lunch was fantastic at Juanitas! If you're on the fence, don't be. It's completely worth it!

My husband and I booked this day trip over the internet so we were a little cautious. We were picked up at our hotel in a clean air conditioned van by our driver & guide. We had the most incredible day with a visit to the ruins at Chechin Itza our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and so nice followed by a visit and swim in a Cenote which I can now tick off my bucket list followed by the most delicious authentic Mexican lunch. Can’t recommend this company enough

I reserved our private tour of Chichen Itza and Valladolid based on a lot of research and excellent reviews of Absolute Adventure Mexico online and I am happy to say that it was a great choice. Our tour guide Juan was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with our non-stop questions. He took care of all the details and made us feel like absolute VIPs. The lunch in Valladoilid was an awesome experience as well as we tried some local Mayan dishes which felt like true Mexican hospitality. I would highly recommend this company and diffidently book again. It was a great experience from easy booking online and communications before and after our trip with Claire regarding the logistics. Highly Highly recommended!!
