Absolute Adventure Mexico
I can only describe the service as excellent. The attention to detail was fabulous. Juan attended to every detail. I have arthritis and Juan adjusted the tours so we had the ultimate expereience. The meals in the quaint local restarants were fantastic and delicious. Juan's knowledge of the different locations was excellent and informative. We would give the company, tour, and Juan a 10 out of 10 rating.

Our family had an incredible day with Manuel on our private tour of the Coba ruins and Cenote swim. He was professional, knowledgeable but best of all fun! Our four teens were kept moving and interested- even in the rain. Biking to the ruins in Coba was great. Both the underground Cenotes were amazing and the kids loved jumping off the 30 foot platform into the dark water. The lunch in Coba was delicious as well. We had such a great time that we booked a second tour with him to snorkel with the sea turtles and visit another cenote with a zip line!

We booked the Tulum ruins, reef snorkel, and Cenote trip for 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Our tour guide, Juan, was the best! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately due to the stormy weather we weren’t able to snorkel by boat in the ocean so he took us instead to another beautiful Cenote where we could zipline, jump off a 3&5meter platform and snorkel. Everybody loved the alternate excursion. The lunch was a quaint local spot in the jungle - authentic and good food. The van was stocked with water, beer and sodas so we were happy & hydrated all day. Absolute Adventures Mexico is truly a 5 star company that offers a 5 star experience! We all had an unforgettable day - which was followed up by photos our guide Juan took and emailed to us so we could fondly remember our day!

Nous avons eu la chance de partager notre excursion 3 Cenotes guidé part Manuel qui en plus de ses explications nous a transmis sa joie et son bonheur de nous faire découvrir une partie de son pays ce qui a rajouté un plus à cette journée ! Les 3 Cenotes étaient tout simplement magnifiques nous en avons pris plein les yeux et ça restera gravé dans nos mémoires ! Et pour finir une halte d'un un super petit resto maya au cœur de la jungle aussi beau que bon... Avec une petite boutique artisanale où nous avons pu faire quelques achats avec pour chaque objet son histoire et une bénédiction maya on a adoré ! Et on oubli pas notre chauffeur Pascual très souriant et au petit soin ! Mille merci à vous deux Manuel et Pascual pour cette excursion extraordinaire et à toute l'équipe d'absolute Adventure Mexico

Super guide, Manuel and driver, Carlos.Took us to three spots, two open cenotes and one cave. All with hardly anyone else there. Second cenote was a short walk to old mayan shrine and road which are fascinating. Also a zip line experienceThe cave snorkel was unique and wonderfulcan't rec. more highly.

They were the best guides, fun, informative and down to earth. Definitely will use them again. We had an absolute blast on this snorkeling trip and visit to Tulum. The guides truly made the difference. They joked with the kids, gave us tons of information and made sure we had a great time.

Perfect day from start to finish. Pick up at our rented apartment early in the morning, first ones in line at Chichen Itza, beat the crowds, great history & background from Juanjo. Then a stop at 2 cenotes, also not crowded, great experience. And finally a great lunch stop on the way back before being dropped off at our doorstep. Totally worth it, 10/10 would absolutely do again.

Absolutely amazing!! We did a private tour for the two of us and was amazed at the level of communication before the trip as well as amazing service during our tour. We were able to leave super early to beat the rush of the other tourist and also literally had the cenote's to ourselves (hello isnta worthy photos). Worth every penny and will always use when I am in the area! Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing day visiting 3 cenotes with Juan. I would highly, highly recommend this trip. Everything was perfect! The cenotes were beautiful, and we absolutely loved meeting and hanging out with Juan. He picked the perfect cenotes for our adventurous teenagers.

Swam with the turtles at Akumal beach and the Pet Cemetary Cenote. Best experience ever. Have been on many tours and by far the best. Guides were very personable and knowledgeable and did all they could to ensure the best experience. Saw turtles, stingray and the most amazing underground cave. Included lunch was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Our guide Manu gave us a wonderful tour. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, very funny and very smart. I wish that we could take some pictures from the other side of pink lake since others were there with no trouble, however, it didn’t ruin our day because we had other fun activities that we fully enjoyed!

This private tour was simply amazing, with great variety to keep everyone’s interest. Our guide Claire was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and adaptable. Claire provided a fascinating description of everything we wanted to see at the Mayan ruins and elsewhere. Lunch was outstanding at a local Mayan run restaurant. Our daughter was on crutches, and Claire knew exactly what to do to accommodate her.

If you want more of a private experience instead of a huge bus of tourists, this is the tour for you! We had the most amazing guide, Jose Manuel. He was very informed and a pleasure to be with. He helped us decide which Cenote to go to (I have seen a different Cenote in the past) and it was the highlight of our trip! He took us to a very private and quiet Cenote and we all loved it! We have 3 kids ages 10, 12, and 14 and the tour was easy and super fun. Lunch was excellent. I highly recommend Absolute Adventure! They responded immediately to all my messages. Use the online chat, they respond right away!! Excellent company!

What an amazing day we had with Manuel. Booking was easy and fast online. Claire is very responsive. Manuel was ontime the day of our tour and so fun, friendly and knowledgable. We had a private tour at Coba ruins and off to swim in two Cenotes. Perfect day! Thank you.

By far the most exciting part of our trip. Juan was highly qualified and entertaining. My 78 year old father tripped during the tour and Juan and the other guide were so wonderful with him. He was fine and our tour continued but they took especially good care of all of us. We still managed to have a great day despite the fall.

From the beginning, last minute reservation that Claire and Chris helped with in a very timely way)- to our amazing guide, Manuel, who was wonderful, the entire process was seamless- from reservations, pick up, tour, and drop off. Manuel and our driver, Carlos, we both so nice and friendly the entire day. Manuel highly trained and very knowledgeable and just plain nice! We were able to make a last minute change in which cenotes that we wanted to see that day. Note that our tour included one, but we were permitted to add a 2nd cenote for a nominal charge. I would highly recommend this tour company- I actually chose it based on TripAdvisor reviews- so thanks! A+++

We did a private tour to Tulum and cenote. We were met at Tulum by a park tour guide for personalized service and information about various things in the park. VERY knowledgeable. Then off to Jaguar cenote and found out we could zip line while we were there. There were only 2 other people there the whole time. The guys at the cenote were very helpful. After that we went to a local place for lunch that was included. We didn't even know that!!! Miguel and Pascual were at our hotel to pick us up at 7 AM as stated and then took us back to the hotel after the tour. I cannot say enough about Miguel. So personable and knowledgeable. He made us all feel comfortable and joined right in with our group.

My husband and I did the Coba Ruins/Monkey Reserve tour with Juan today (11/30). Juan delivered hands-down the best interpretive tour I've ever experienced. Not only did he have a wealth of knowledge on the Mayan history in both the Reserve and Coba, but was more than happy and able to answer any and all questions about Mexican culture, politics, etc. We are self-sufficient people who don't usually fork over money for guided tours, however this was well worth every penny. We felt pampered the entire day. Being fairly active people, the privacy of the tour was nice for us to be able to set the pace we like, and not wait around for others to catch up. The separate driver was an added bonus (insert compliments on good, smooth driving) because Juan was able to focus solely on our questions the entire time. We also aren't ones to normally take a lot of photos for ourselves, so it was great to have Juan to take them when we would normally forget. He was able to plan our day to stay away from most of the large crowds. Overall, this tour was perfect for us when we wanted to stay away from large crowds and see some more natural settings. Conversation came with ease, and we could tell our appreciation and curiosity of another culture was well received. They sure found a gem of a guide in Juan!
