This was an excellent private tour and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the Yucat√°n and interested in snorkeling the cenotes. Our guide, Arturo, was superb and took extremely well care of us. I am pregnant and he was so accommodating and attentive to ensure I safely enjoyed the tour.

We absolutely loved our experience! Swimming with the sea turtles was incredible, I didn‚Äôt want to leave! We chose to visit Nicte-ha Cenote and it was all to ourselves. The most beautiful, quiet and calming spot! Arturo was the best guide! We are very grateful to have him on our wonderful adventure! 🙂 Highly recommend Absolute Adventure!

Private snorkeling tour to Puerto Morelos. Amazing driver Josué and guide Arturo. Arturo was amazing and helpful. Had everything planned out and did a great job with time. The captain Joaquin of our boat and Arturo, when we became over run with other tours decided to move the boat and get us in a secluded spot to snorkel! Amazing they did that because we went from seeing not much to seeing lots and lots in our new snorkel spot. Our guide Arturo got us hooked up with the best captain Joaquin because when we first arrived on our snorkel spot we were alone then about 10 boats descended on us. Even after we moved more boats followed. We are sure Captain Joaquin is the reason others followed because he knew all the spots and was extremely knowledgeable! Saw tons of fish and the biggest barracuda ever! We are seasoned snokelers but this trip is perfect for novices as well. We were so well taken care of on the boat and while snorkeling! We were able to walk around Puerto Morelos after snorkeling and than along the beach. Arturo and Josué took us to a local restaurant and Arturo suggested the most amazing shrimp tacos. Josué stayed with the van and our stuff which was much appreciated so we didn't have to take everything along. Claire one of the co-owners and I emailed before since we booked this last minute and she was incredibly helpful and responded immediately to all my questions. We will be recommending her company and her team to all! The private tours they offer are well worth the price and the value in having a personal guide and ability to have your own schedule and day without the crowds or masses deciding how your tour will go is so very very worth the cost! If you are undecided, don't think about it anymore, just book it! Claire, Arturo, Joaquin and Josué made us feel like VIPs!

We did the Private Coba ruins and Snorkeling in Cenote tour with Daniele as our guide. It was amazing! We were picked up on time from our hotel in Cancun and the first stop was Coba where we opted to bike around and Daniele explained the history of the place. We then went into two cave cenotes, Choo-Ha and Tankach-Ha. Both were really cool. Absolute Adventure provided snorkeling equipment, including life jackets. There is an area to change at the cenotes, so you don't have to wear your bathing suit all day. Afterwards, Daniele took us to a local place for an authentic lunch which was delicious!

We had an absolute blast on our tour including the cenotes. JJ was THE best tour guide and completely made the adventure. He was super knowledgable, fun, friendly and great at making sure we had amazing photos to remember our trip. Can’t recommend him and this group enough!!

Arturo was the best. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to snorkeling but Arturo took the time to teach me and help me relax. I was able to enjoy myself and had the best experience ever. The swimming with the turtles was a workout I was not prepared for but honestly I was sooo happy i did not care. I was sooo happy with the whole experience it did mot even bother me. Arturo made it feel so safe, I even jumped into the cenote. Definitely would recommend the company for private tours.

Great private tour of Tulum. Jose Manuel was a wealth of knowledge, and helped us better understand Mayan history. The cenote visit was wonderful.

A great experience all around. Would highly recommend this tour as a way to get in multiple experiences. We arrived at the ruins early so they were not crowded. The ruins are very interesting and have some fantastic views. While snorkeling we saw fish, a sting ray and a sea turtle. The turtle swam very close to us and we were able to watch it swim and eat for a while. While we didn’t see a lot of turtles, I thought that part of the experience was still worth it because of how great the view of the one we did see was. The cenote was beautiful and very relaxing. It was not too crowded and at times we had the whole cenote to ourselves. We went to Nicte Ha.

We had so much fun touring the cenote and snorkeling with Arturo! Rodrigo brought us to each place very safely as well. We saw so many fish and always felt so well taken care of. The cenote was the first one I ever saw and it’s beauty took my breath away! I’m so happy Arturo convinced us to jump in and to see the cave even though it was a little chilly. Lunch was also delicious and I found vegan lunch options and drank from a coconut. We loved our experience with Absolute Adventure! Thank you Arturo and Rodrigo!

We had a tour of the Tulum ruins and two cenotes recently, and it was great. Our guide Daniel and driver Rodrigo were helpful and friendly, and did a great job showing us all the best spots. They also accommodated our group on very short notice. Would highly recommend.

Arturo, our guide, was phenomenal! He was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the best times to get to each cenotes, made us feel safe as we maneuvered our way through and took us to a delicious lunch at the end! Do not hesitate to take the dos ojos cenotes tour!

Unbelievable and memorable day with Juan and Omar. Omar is an excellent driver and Juan is an exceptional tour guide. They spent a very long day with us and their attention and enthusiasm never waned. We especially appreciated the private tour during Covid and felt safe the entire time. Juan gives the perfect amount of information and history. Couldn’t have had a better day with @absoluteadventure.

We had a fantastic time! Saw 3 turtles, a stingray, and many fish as we snorkeled and swam. Arturo was a great guide. Took us to a great senote where my kids jumped off a ledge dozens of times and we finished with an excellent lunch. Perfect day and very professional and fun tour!

This was an overall great experience. We did the Tulum Express tour so that we could see the ruins but not eat up an entire day, and this tour fit that goal perfectly. Our guide, Juan, met us at our hotel bright and early with our driver and van. The drive was smooth, the tour was informative, and the ruins were spectacular. Juan made sure we kept ahead of the crowds and showed us all of the great picture spots. I would highly recommended this tour company and Juan for a great experience in the Riviera Maya!

We had a private tour of the Mayan Ruins near Tulum with Daniele and Pascual. Daniele was very knowledgeable and so much fun. We never would have learned any of the information by wandering around by ourselves. We went to an underground cenote afterwards and Daniele was very patient and made sure we had the experience that we wanted and our safety was never in question. Afterwards we had a spectacular lunch at a family restaurant in the jungle. Pascual did an excellent job as our driver navigating the roads. That day was truly the highlight of our trip to Mexico!

After all flights to Cancun were cancelled because of an Aeromexico crew shortage we had to cancel our tour at very short notice. Absolute Adventure was amazingly flexible and even refunded our deposit. I hope we have a chance to actually take a tour in the future!

The trip was amazing! Having a private tour for our family of 5 was well worth it. We didn’t have to worry about other people and we had the first cenote to ourselves . The guide as kind and patient with the kids and it made the day lots of fu !

My teen son and I had been most looking forward to our tour of Coba and Tulum out of all the things we had planned for our Mexican vacation. Having studied archeology in college it was a dream of mine to make a trip to see various mayan sites in the Yucatan including Coba. Our day turned out to meet and exceed our great expectations. The day was expertly planned so as to best avoid the crowds andJuan was extremely personable, knowledgable and patient with all of our many questions. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day and the lunch we had was delicious. I heartily recommend this company based upon the experience we had.

We did the private 3 Cenotes tour with Arturo and he was a fantastic guide for the day. There was no act with Arturo, he was just a genuinely nice person and we enjoyed his company and expertise when educating us about each Cenotes and the wildlife we saw. The Cave Cenotes (Taak Bi Ha) was amazing (beware the water is chilly) but it truly is breathtaking. Too bad there were so many dumb Instagram models posing for 30 pictures in every spot though. No reflection on Absolute Adventure or Arturo, just the world we live in I guess. The lunch we were taken to at Juanitas was the best meal we had our entire trip! I will also say communication from the company was very good. Everything was a breeze with this tour company and we were all very satisfied as a group of 10. Thanks again Arturo and if we come back we will look you up!

Magical tour of Chichen Itsa with Juan, a very knowledgeable guide who was a great guy. Very professional and made sure we had food and drink on our journey also. Juan will not bore you or your children with too much information but will always have an answer and expand on facts if you are inquisitive. The Cenotes was also an amazing experience and again we were well looked after. The meal in Valladolid was excellent and the restaurant was very charming as were the streets of the town we walked around after, real Mexico. Highly recommend this company and these sites are a must see.
