Absolute Adventure Mexico
our tour guide Alex was the absolute best! He knows so much about Mayan ruins, just talking with him made the history come alive. The whole day was incredible! The cenote was such a cool experience, I'll never forget swimming in the cave. Lunch was delicious too. The whole excursion was perfect and really the highlight of our trip. Booking with Absolute Adventure was super simple too, such an easy process. Thanks so much for the epic experience, you guys rock!

We just completed our tour and this is the best way to go to the ruins. Our guide Juan was excellent! His knowledge is wide and he was able to provide us with many insights. He is very articulate and made our time there worthwhile, The added bonus was wonderful vegetarian food in the end.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Claire helped us book our private experience for my husband's 40th. She was responsive and informative. Our guide Arturo was fantastic. He was funny, very knowledgeable about the history and habitat of the cenotes. We loved every bit of it. Would definitely tour with this company again.

We had the most amazing time with Juan and Rodrigo!! We had a group of 10 adults and 1 child under 10 and Juan made sure we all got to enjoy ourselves! We had the ruins all to ourselves which was so nice to be able to take in all its beauty. We had the cenote all to ourselves as well!! I struggled with the snorkeling in the cenote, but Juan was so patient with me and taught me how to do it so I was able to snorkel the whole time with the turtles. The food at the restaurant was the BEST food we ate on our entire 5 day trip in mexico! All our family talked about after our excursion was how amazing Juan was! He made sure he captures pictures and videos of us to keep memories forever! We will definitely be back and can't wait for our next adventure and will be requesting Juan!!!

Amazing from start to finish. Arturo picked us up right on schedule and we were off to an incredibly fun day! He had a cooler with water, soda, and beer for us. We went to snorkel with turtles (which was amazing), then had lots of cenote options, an amazing lunch, and easy drive home. Arturo was so kind, knowledgeable, and fun! We could not recommend this enough!

We had the pleasure of touring three different cenotes with Arturo (and Carlos as our driver) in early June and loved every second! What an incredible day of adventuring and exploring the beauty of these cenotes! We arrived to the Dos Ojos Cenotes park and had our first cenote (Jaguar) entirely to ourselves! Nothing like a 7 meter jump into an empty cenote at 8:30am to invigorate you and wake you right up! We loved the serenity of our first cenote and even got to zip line twice (again, with the entire place to ourselves!) We loved the crystal clear waters of Cenote Nicte-Ha and getting to snorkel and do more platform jumping. Our final cenote was Dos Ojos. What a different world! Ending our day exploring the cave and seeing the majesty of the rather hidden bat cave was the cherry on top of a perfect day. Having a private guide was spectacular and something we valued a lot. Arturo was knowledgeable and so great to get to know throughout the day. We loved chatting with him and sharing a delicious lunch together. The authentic meal at the end of a day of swimming and exploring was just what we needed! Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable experience on our Cancun visit!

Wow - what an incredible day. Alex and Omar took incredible care of us and showed us all the sights of Chichen Itza, followed by an unforgettable swim in a gorgeous cenote (the kids loved jumping off the platform) and then a delicious lunch in picturesque Valladolid.

Juan and Roderigo were awesome! We had a great experience with our teenagers and they took great care of us. We will come back! We ate an outdoor restaurant near the denote in the jungle that had great food. The company was great to work with and made us feel comfortable with booking with then (we talked via e-mail, phone, and text).

This was a truly amazing experience and a must do in Tulum. I recommend this crew specifically. The driving was safe and comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable and showed you all the secret spots. Listen to his suggestions and you will have a great time. The lunch was excellent. The adventure will be told many times over. Book this for Tulum!

We had an absolutely amazing adventure from start to finish with our private tour to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and lunch and walking around Vallodolid! Claire was an incredible guide- She gave us so much info and patiently let us explore and ask questions about everything that we saw. They were punctual and friendly and we really enjoyed the 12 hours of the tour. I had a few questions before I booked and Claire answered them quickly. She was good about reaching out prior to the tour and was very easy to communicate with. The arrival at one minute until opening was perfectly timed so that we could get the best pictures of Chichen Itza and explore before it was too hot. She suggested the pick up time from our hotel so that we could get this accomplished and the day went perfectly. We almost had the cenote to ourselves and she took awesome pictures of our whole family. The lunch was delicious and it was great to be in authentic Mexican culture. We had our three children with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. We will absolutely use this company again on our future visits to explore other ruins, cenotes, and animal adventures. We have already recommended this to a few people and will continue to tell people about our excursion! Thank you for a fabulous day!

We had a tequila tasting and swam in the dos ojos cenote. Everything was amazing and beautiful. Our tour guide Arturo was very knowledgeable of the cenote and bat cave we got to explore, and the tequila/mezecal tasting. He gave us the freedom to take our time through the cenote and experience it, without being rushed. Also the Mexican lunch was delicious!! I would do it again and again, I had a wonderful time!

I cannot recommend this business enough. We had clear, regular contact from them prior to our excursion. They arrived on time at our hotel in an air con vehicle, with drinks on ice included in the price.

We had Juan as our guide and Carlos as our driver, and it was such a amazing experience. Our guide had so many wonderful facts and was very personable, easy to talk too. Carlos will get you where you need to be safe and swiftly.

We wanted mainly to see monkeys in their natural habitat and the guide (Jose) worked hard to get that for us. And we did! Howler monkeys!

Dulce (guide) and Omar (driver) were excellent. Dulce had answers to all of our questions and they were both very accommodating. The lunch stop had excellent food — be sure to stick to the Mayan section of the menu for a treat.

We had a great experience visit Tulum with Manuel and Carlos. Hight recommended, its was private tour half of day : Tulum ruins , cenote Taak Biha, swimming with turtles on Acumal Tulum beach. Carlos and Manuel is a great company , who is attentive and kind to explain everything. Thank you 😊

If you are questioning a tour of any kind, don’t. The tour guide and driver to dos ojos were amazing, friendly, and made our cenote trip that much more memorable. They picked us up on time at 8 am, to our surprise, a private tour was just the two of us.

This was the perfect tour! Low stress with pick up and drop off, amazing cenotes, and our tour guide, Arturo, was the most patient and knowledgeable guide possible! 10/10 would recommend this half day tour for people who don’t just want to stay at their hotels and want to experience the culture and doing some sightseeing.

my boyfriend and I did the 2 cenotes tour and we can't reccomend it enough! our guide Arturo was SO wonderful and knew so much about the cenotes, all the information he was able to give us made the tour even more amazing! we chose the nicte-ha and dos ojos cenotes and they were both unbelievable and so different from each other. the restaurant we went to at the end of the day was hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had (I am vegetarian and they were very accommodating of that). our driver Carlos was also wonderful and we felt very safe with him behind the wheel. we are so glad we found this company and would absolutely use them again in the future 🙂

Juan, our tour guide was so knowledgeable, funny, charming and quick witted. He told us a lot of the local history. He kept 13 of us women engaged, entertained, in line and laughing most of the day. The tour ended with us like we had gained a friend for life. Absolutely 5 star worthy! Book them, you will not be disappointed.

Book this company!!!! You will not be disappointed. I have traveled a lot over my life and experienced many tour companies but Absolute is by far the best one I have ever used. We had 13 women on our "private " tour and had the best guide anyone would ever want to have. His name is Juan. He had to put up with all us crazy women. We did the 2 cenote tour and the entire day was filled with awe and laughter. Juan was so great! He shared the history of cenotes and many other interesting facts about the area we were in. We learned about the letter "X" and that was very interesting. You will have to book them to find out about this. All us ladies are in agreement that we had a extremely fun day that will be remembered for years to come. You will not be disappointed. We came from Cozumel and was picked up at the Playa del Carmen pier. Everything went like clockwork. The communication between us and Absolute Tours prior to the tour was spot on. We booked almost a year before we got there. The pricing was worth every penny. Our lunch was fantastic. Some of the best food we have had on our trip. We love Mexican food! We all recommend this company for any tours they offer. It will be a special day for all who book them. Gracias Absolute. Next time we are in the area we will book them again.

Absolutely loved this tour of the cenotes! We can ere a group of 10 women for a bachelorette trip and our guide was amazing. He went above and beyond providing history of each location, details on the cenotes and most importantly was very patient with a few of the ladies who were a little anxious and coached us through. Such a fun time and delicious food at the end! Definitely a must if you’re in Tulum.

Je ne regrette absolument pas de lui avoir fait confiance lorsque je les ai choisi les tortues etaient sublimes, beaucoup de poissons...bref mes enfants etaient emerveillés et ca n a pas de prix! Great Cenote tour. The guide and driver were both excellent. The communication and coordination was spot on. They arrived at our hotel on time and walked us through the different Cenotes we could visit base on our groups’ interests. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew so much about the Mexican culture and history. And he was also so cool and friendly! We had an amazing day with Dulce and Carlos doing this tour! Dulce was very knowledgeable and took wonderful photos at the sites. Tulum was very picturesque and Coba was a great adventure. We had so much fun and learned a lot about the Mayans and these sites. Carlos navigated the roads with expert skill and got us to and from where we needed to go safely. I could not recommend this excursion and this company enough!

Our tour with Arturo was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the area and cenotes. He was also extremely friendly, kind and brought a good amount of humor to the trip. We felt very comfortable and confident in his guidance and one the trip. It was a great experience as we got there early and had the cenotes all to ourselves! It really allowed us to learn and experience them in a unique way. The lunch after was also awesome. They had the best tortillas and it was the most authentic meal we had! I am still craving the chicken taco. I highly suggest this private tour! It was one of the best things we did!

My sister, myself and a life long friend(60+years) went on the Tequilas and Cenote tour. What a wonderful tour. The private tour and focus on our level of ability and choices is so smart. Had so much fun learning about tequila and tasting the many varieties. Cenote was awesome and lunch was delicious. Chris was a perfect tour guide. I had searched for a while and read a ton of reviews before going with Absolute Adventures. It was above and beyond anything I could have expected!! Claire was so amazing, so friendly, so knowledgeable. The driver drove very safe and made us all so comfortable. The van was new and clean, they even kept cleaning it out in between each stop while we were doing an adventure! The guide knew all the right places and ways to go to skip lines... it was just so fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better day and I will most definitely be back for another adventure!!
