The Mayan Ruins tour and tequila tasting were SO much fun. Chris, our guide was super knowledgeable and funny. He made it very enjoyable. Make sure to bring bug repellent! That was the only down side.

Loved the Dos Ojos cenote tour! Arturo was excellent and a great tour guide! Highly recommend! Wouldn’t have had the first clue how to navigate the different cenotes without him. Great lunch afterward also. Well worth the $.

What a fantastic tour and guide (Arturo) we had during our tour of the cenotes. My kids loved the experience of swimming in the Cenotes and jumping off the cliffs. Zip lining was an added bonus. Tour ended with a delicious lunch.

Everything about this tour was amazing. I never had an issue with communication when booking this tour and asking questions. Prompt responses all the time! Driver was on time to pick us up and we had cold drinks in our van. We didn’t have to worry about getting tickets or findings where to go because our tour guide, Arturo, took care of everything! The whole tour was amazing! We were a group of 7 girls for a bachelorette trip and everyone had nothing but excellent things to say! Arturo provided us with so much facts about the cenote and made us all feel very welcome! He was patient with our group when we asked for many pictures too! I can’t recommend this company enough! Im already having withdrawals from this tour and will recommend to everyone! Excellent excellent excellent!!

Loved our tour with Juan even though he is a self confessed psychopath 😉 worth every penny and not really too much more than a group tour but you are able to arrive at Chichen when the gates open and walk around with very few people. Juan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He conveyed the history of the site in an engaging and funny manner and we really enjoyed our day with him. Bonus points for managing to take a nice photo of us 🙂 Would highly recommend!

Great communication from start to finish. Excellent tour to punta laguna and Coba. Juan and Carlos were great tour guides and driver. Very patient and never felt rushed even with getting 2 eighty year old s into a canoe... Good monkey sightings, zip line good and center great.....An excellent tour of Coba, bicycle taxis very comfy, Juan very knowledgeable.

We had such a lovely tour. Arturo our guide taught us a lot about the cenotes. We were in Dos Ojos in the morning and we had the place all to our selves! We visited 3 very different cenotes and even did some ziplining. A week ago we did a tour with another company (not a private tour), but I would highly recommand the private one, worth every Penny! Thanks Arturo and off course our excellent driver!

The first thing that impressed me with Absolute Adventure Mexico was the speed and quality of the information and guidance I received when trying to select a tour. Nothing pushy, just clear honest feedback and suggestions tailored to the needs of my family.Pricing was clear and I only needed to pay a deposit to secure our tour. I then received detailed information confirming our itinerary, pickup time and details clarifying what we would need to bring on the day.On the morning of the tour one of my children was feeling extreme anxiety and was unable to leave the hotel room. We were shown incredible understanding and the guide was able to adjust things so that they could swing back via our hotel after the first two activities so that my wife and youngest child could join the final activity, the turtle snorkeling, which they enjoyed immensely thanks to the flexibility and understanding of Absolute Adventure Mexico. Obviously, something like this is a unique situation and I did not expect such understanding so this was very much appreciated by us all!The tour started at the Tulum ruins where Juan's pre arrival preparations ensured we were literally the first through the gate after a short wait at the entrance. His knowledge of the history of the Mayan's was shared with myself and my daughters in a very personable way that was both interesting and educational. Juan pointed out the best places to take pictures and acted as personal photographer to give us many family photos. This set us up well for the next part of the day, the Cenote snorkeling.After booking the tour Absolute Adventure Mexico offered us several options of Cenote depending on your level of experience. Some open, some underground, different levels of complexity etc. We selected Taak Bi Ha which was an underground Cenote that was suitable for beginners. I'm not a strong swimmer, unlike my children, and this suited me well. Absolute Adventure Mexico provided us with snorkels and live jackets that really helped to give us a confident and enjoyable experience. Taak Bi Ha is set in a limestone cavern of varying depths but mainly relatively shallow. Juan again pointed out all the best views including underwater tunnels of the river system. He also turned photographer again to secure our memories digitally.After a short drive for lunch at a nearby restaurant, that was included in our tour fee, we headed out to the beach, collecting the rest of my family on the way, where we were introduced to our specialist guide for the sea turtle swim. I elected not to venture out to sea for the swim so Juan and I waited in a nearby bar/restaurant while my wife and children enjoyed the turtle swim where they saw many turtles plus Rays and plentiful fish around the coal reef.Aside the tour itself, I enjoyed chatting with Juan whilst we waited the return of the others sharing stories about our families and history before the rest returned to tell us excitedly about their swim.Finally it was time to return to our hotel, at the Bahia Principe, a short drive away.After many thanks and goodbyes it was time for us to reflect on a wonderful experience made all the more special by Absolute Adventure Mexico.We cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're unsure whether to book a tour or you're unsure who to book with I'd 100% recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico. They were amazing!

Great day ! They handled our group of 20 without any problems . Cenotes underground were amazing . Lunch was best we have had this trip . Sea turtles babies and large turtles in natural habitat. Great day for our family and friends

We were a party of 3. We loved snorkeling with the sea turtles and the cenote was amazing. Alex our guide was the best! He had so much knowledge and taught us a lot about the history of the area. Lunch was wonderful too. We had an amazing time. We started off early in the morning and we beat all the crowds. It was perfect. Alex was an excellent guide for our trip. I highly recommend Alex G. and Absolute Adventures.

This was a definitely a very fun experience!!! It was my first time trying all these new activities & Arturo which was our guider was supper nice & awesome. He made made everything supper fun & I liked that he went above & beyond for us to feel comfortable & made us feel safe. I would definitely come back again.

We had a great private tour with Juan! We beat the crowd at the ruins and then headed to two Cenotes. The Sac Actun Cenote exceeded our expectations. It was huge and spectacular! Every turn was a visual wonder and exhilarating! Totally recommend this Cenote. Thanks Juan for being such a great sport with our daughter.

It was a great experience with our guide Arturo and we enjoyed the 3 cenotes very much! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided wonderful recommendations on which cenotes to visit to get the best experience. Would highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for an experience you’ll never forget!:)

Dulce & Carlos were truly amazing, they were very sweet and very accommodating to us and our children. We went to the Tulum Ruins and to swim with the sea turtles. We were picked up exactly on time at our hotel lobby and arrived at the ruins early which was great because it got hot...as in super hot quickly! Dulce was very knowledgeable and answered all our and ours kids very inquisitive questions. She took many family pictures of us and was just overall a pleasure! They provided us with lots of water and other drinks to keep us hydrated. When you arrive to swim with the turles they hand you off to a snorkel person who is actually the one you go snorkeling with. We were provided all the equipment needed and were able to keep our valuables in the van which was great! I will point out, the snorkeling with turtles is off the bay where there is sea grass that the turles like to eat is, you do not get on a boat...you swim from the beach. We had a wonderful time and saw 4 turles and stingrays. The snorkel guy carries a life buoy in case anyone gets tired from the swimming. Overall I recommend this company, very professional and Dulce and Carlos were amazing! Oh and the lunch we had in Akumal (by the turles) was delicious!!

Our two families of adults and teens enjoyed a this amazing tour. We chose to leave our Cancun resort at 5:30 am, and it was definitely the right call, as we arrived at Chichen Itza before the heat and the crowds. Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Alex, and driver Rodrigo were an excellent team, as we learned a ton and kept us all engaged. The cenote swim exceeded any expectations, and is something we will never forget. Awe-inspiring and beautiful, we are so glad we did this. The lunch at Vallodolid was a great choice. We SO appreciated the delicious food in such a beautiful town. This was an unforgettable adventure, and we cannot recommend this enough. Thank you, Alex, and Absolute Adventures!

Juan, our tour guide and Omar, our driver, were absolutely amazing! They provided a private tour of Chichen Itza, the Cenote and Valladolid. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Mexican lunch at Atrio. Juan was very knowledgeable and will definitely request them on any future travels to Cancun. We highly recommend them.

Our favorite excursion of our trip! Easy communication with the tour company throughout the entire process, and 100% worth the price to have our own private tour. Claire was our tour guide & she was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about Tulum, the cenote, and Playa in general. She knew where to get the best photos and how to maximize your experience. Being able to leave our bags with Angel (the driver) in the van was an added bonus. Tulum was beautiful, but the cenote (we chose Dos Ojos) was in a class all on its own. Gorgeous clear water, perfect for snorkeling. Claire swam with us and took all the photos we wanted. Lunch & a nice chat afterward at the lunch in the jungle was a wonderful bonus. We would take this excursion again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the best decision we made while visiting the Cancun area. Our drivers were spectacular, and Juan 100% made our vacation. We chose private because dealing with large tour buses and guides that have dozens of people means you spend a lot of time waiting and miss a lot of info. Going with Absolute Adventures means you get to experience local culture and history much more intimately and in-depth. When you go with Absolute Adventure, I hope you get Juan as your guide! He had personal relationships with the people everywhere we went. He was able to relate to each of our family members in our own way. Best of all, Juan was knowledgeable, more than happy to answer any and all questions and you could feel his passion and love for his country's history and sharing it. Go with Absolute Adventures and you won't be disappointed!

We had the most wonderful time on our Tulum tour! We spent a couple of hours at the Tulum Ruins, snorkeled in a cenote and then snorkeled with the turtles in Akumel. Alex was a knowledgeable and friendly host and was very patient with our group of 7. We not only had three fun adventures, we also learned about the Mayan culture along the way. Very interesting and delivered in a respectful way. Would highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I had a private tour of Dos Ojos, and our guide was Arturo and driver was Carlos. The tour was easy to book and communications through WhatsApp with Clare was very efficient and straightforward to help us prepare for the tour. Arturo and Carlos were punctual on the morning. Arturo was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. We did not feel rushed at all and Arturo made sure we did things in our own time, and was happy to move on when we were ready. Carlos stayed in / near the van the whole time and was a very safe driver. I recommend people that are visiting the cenotes to wear long sleeved swimwear as there are a lot of mosquitoes and you are not allowed to use insect repellant.
