Absolute Adventure Mexico
Dos Ojos Cenote with Alex and Carlos. Carlos was very professional and drove very well. Alex gave us a history lesson on the Mayan people and the cenotes on the ride down. He is very knowledgeable and speaks very fluent English. We toured three cenotes, the first had a lot of cool vegetation and the water in the second one looked royal blue. In the third we went deep into the caves and it was totally amazing. This is the opportunity of a life time and like nothing else we have ever done. Wow! Then once we finished and changed clothes we had the Mayan lunch with Alex. The food is great and I recommend the fish or shrimp tacos! We were gone for over 6 hours and when we returned to Playa del Carmen we both crashed and took a nap. If you are visiting the area, this is a must and going with Alex and Absolute Adventure on a private tour is the only way to do it! Alex is the best tour guide by far!

We went on the 2 cenote adventure, and it was amazing! This was our first time going on a private tour, and it was 1,000% worth it. Our tour guide, Arturo, was very knowledgeable about the cenotes and made the whole experience super enjoyable. Omar was our driver and he did an excellent job as well. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely book a tour with them again! We also got to stop for lunch by the cenotes and it was delicious!

We had a private tour of the tulum ruins. Arturo was amazing- we had a member of the family that couldn’t walk very far and he went out of his way to be accommodating and make everything easy for us. Highly recommend!

Arturo and Alex were wonderful tour guides! They were friendly, organized and knowledgeable, took care of our group, and kept us on schedule. Alex led the tour of the Tulum Ruins and shared so many interesting facts with our group. Next, they took us to swim with sea turtles in Akumal Bay and ensured we had the equipment and tour guides for the experience. Then, they took us for lunch and even helped the restaurant staff serve our meals and finally they took us to the Jaguar Cenote where they ensure our group had fun swimming. Arturo even joined us in some jumps off the platform into the water. I 100% recommend their company and services üëåüèΩ

We had a great tour with Arturo and Rodrigo on the Tulum/cenote/turtle tour. They were very patient and also super informative! We felt the personal attention was awesome and would love to come back. The kids (8, 10, 13, 15) really enjoyed the cenote the best. I highly recommend this tour with Arturo and Rodrigo.

The tour of Tulum was wonderful, it was not crowded and we got to see so many different points of interest. From there Omar drove us to the Cenote, were Alex recommended the best snorkeling experience, and staying with our private group, again providing facts and never hurried, from there we drove a short distance to a beautiful family owned restaurant, with the most delicious food. Our last stop was swimming with the turtles, again Alex stayed with us and we got to see so many turtles and other sea life. We had a great day with our private family tour and highly recommend this company, especially Alex and Omar. Will definitely use them the next time we visit! Thank you

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I went with a group of 7 to Akumal Bay where we saw 4 turtles, 3 stingrays and a bunch of fish. After that, we went to Taak Bi Ha cenote which was so beautiful and probably one of the coolest things I’ll ever see! We finished with lunch which was provided by the tour. The tour guide, Dulce, was so nice and informative about everything. Our van driver, Rodrigo, was also super nice and did a great job getting us there and back. I would recommend this tour to anyone! What a great experience!

My husband and I did a private denote snorkeling tour with Alex and Omar. It was the highlight of our trip. It was so nice to have a private guide teach us all about each cenote as well as about the Mayan culture. Alex was so knowledgeable we were really impressed with all he taught us. Omar made sure we got to each spot safely and that our belongings were safe in the van. We had an awesome authentic Mayan lunch which was such a great treat. We will definitely be recommending absolute adventure to our family and friends

One of the best things of our vacation! This private tour has ruined us for any group tours from here on out. Alex the tour guide and Omar the driver were the best dynamic duo! Alex was very knowledgeable and Omar was a very safe and steady driver! They picked up us on time, plenty of community and confirmation through WhatsApp days before, and never rushed us during the whole trip. Would recommend 100%.

Absolute Adventure is a tremendous company- from communication and support prior to your tour to day of- they are on top of it. Our guide and driver were excellent. Our hotel did not have breakfast available before our tour so they offered to stop by a convenience store. Little details like this abound. We did the Tulum- Cenote-Sea Turtles tour. We learned a lot about Tulum, got some phenomenal photos and avoided the crowds. Our guide helped find the right cenote for our group- it was beautiful and peaceful and he even stayed with our son who was too nervous to get in the water. If you have a little one and you are worried about taking a tour- go with this company. They will make sure you are in good hands. The lunch in the jungle next to the cenote was delicious. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We had an amazing day with our tour guide Dulce and our driver Omar. We went to the Tulum ruins where Dulce was very knowledgeable in explaining the Mayan history. After that we went swimming in a beautiful cenote and had lunch at an authentic Mayan restaurant. Then we finished at Akumal bay where we got to snorkel with sea turtles and manta rays before heading back to our resort. I can’t wait to use Absolute Adventure for our next Mexico tour!

This was an excellent tour and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide Juan was the best and made this adventure a memorable one. I was with a group of 19 people and Juan not only kept the group together all the time, he was able to keep us on time to each of the destinations we needed to get to. Juan was very knowledgable about each location's history. He kept the talks short and fun and answered any questions we had. Our group had two shuttle vans equipped with snacks and drinks. The shuttle picked our group up from our AirBnb early in the morning to make it to our first stop the Chichen Itza Ruins. Juan knew how to time everything so we would beat the crowds! After the ruins we went to a Cenote. We stayed there until everyone got hungry and it started getting busy. After the Cenote we had lunch at a nice restaurant in Valladolid. Following lunch we had time to explore the city of Valladolid by foot. This was our last destination before heading back to our Airbnb. Again thanks to Juan, the shuttle drivers and the Absolute Adventure Mexico Group for making this trip amazing. It was very organized and fun!

My sister and I went on a private tour to the ruins and had originally booked a tequila tasting. The morning of the tour we were not feeling quite up to a bunch of tequila so we asked our guide, Arturo, if it would be possible to switch to go to a cenote instead. Arturo was so accommodating and was able to change for us. We had an amazing time touring the ruins, swimming in the cenote, and having a great lunch afterwards. Arturo was super knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and most of all delightful to spend time with. We would for sure book another tour (and request Arturo) on our next trip to Tulum!!!

Our guide Juan was not only informative and super knowledgeable about ruins and Mayan culture, but went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was so much fun. We were some of the first people at Coba and got to ride through the jungle on bikes by ourselves.
