Easy communication with the absolute team via WhatsApp. Even had 2x kid booster seats for a van ride. Guided entry to all attractions. Bypassed multiple tourist bottlenecks. Tour guide remained with us the entire time expect when we snorkeled with turtles but as soon as we finished, Joshua was there. Driver dropped us off super close to attractions and secured our belongings in the van. Top notch way to do excursions in Mexico!!! Pay the premium price, well worth. Stress free trip! Guide handled it all and provided recommendations along the way.

The tour was perfect(Coba ruins and Punta Laguna Monkey Reserve). Juan was extremely knoweledgable, allowed us to go at our own pace, and took the time to answer everyones questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this company.

Best option for families visiting Tulum! Take a private tour! We are so glad that we chose to come early with just our family! Definitely worth the extra investment to be in a smaller group and come before the crowds. Arturo was a fantastic guide! He had so much great information to share and answered all our questions. Yosmar was a safe and efficient driver who stayed with the van and our belongings while Arturo took us through the Archaeological site. I HIGHLY recommend that people bring umbrellas. I failed to bring ours and our little ones were melting. It is August and the sun is plentiful and shade is hard to find on the site. Arturo was so sweet and poured water on the kids heads to help them cool off and was always looking for any little shady spot where we could relax while he spoke. My mom (78yrs old) has some mobility challenges, and she stayed home, worried it would be too hard for her with the heat. There is definitely a good amount of walking and stairs to climb. I looked for but didn?t see good options for people with wheelchairs, but perhaps there was an alternate entrance. Regardless there are no ramps up to the higher areas, only stairs. So, just be aware of this as you plan your trip. Thanks to Arturo and Yosmar for helping our family learn so much and make amazing memories at Tulum!

We were 3 Adults and 4 kids on the private tour. Our guide and driver were very welcoming and friendly from the get go. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He was amazing accommodating the youngest child! Would highly recommend them!

Our day with Absolute Adventure was the best day of our vacation! Our tour guide, Juan, was fun and super knowledgeable. We chose for the Tulum / reef snorkeling / cenote trip because we didn't want to drive all the way to Chichen Itza, and it felt like the right choice. We didn't spend much time snorkeling in the actual reef. Instead, our guide led us to an area with sting rays and sea turtles. It was great, but we had expected to spend more time in the reef and seeing more fish. The sting rays and sea turtles were very cool, but just sharing as an FYI so you know what to expect. We ended up choosing to go to Dos Ojos cenote. Our kids liked jumping off the little cliff, and we had it to ourselves most of the time we were there. The staff were so easy to work with prior to our trip, and I can't say enough about Juan and our driver, Rodrigo. You won't be disappointed with an Absolute Adventure tour.

Great day at Tulum, snorkeling and a cenote We loved our day with Absolute Adventures! Juan was our tour guide, and he is the best! He was so knowledgeable and fun. He made sure everything went smoothly and knew how to avoid crowds and backups. He even knew all of the favorite photo spots and patiently took as many photos as we wanted. Be sure to take their advice to go to Tulum early - the line when we left was SO long, and it would have been miserable to have to wait that long. We originally booked the snorkeling with turtles trip, but we decided to switch to the reef snorkeling. The staff made it easy to make the change in advance. When we snorkeled, we didn't spend much time on the actual reef. We had expected to and hoped to see a lot of colorful fish. Instead the guide led us to an area with sting rays and sea turtles. It was very cool, but I'm just sharing so people know what to expect. The cenote was really neat! It was hard to choose which to go to, but we opted for Dos Ojos, and our kids enjoyed jumping off the cliff into the water. I'm glad we chose an outdoor cenote because the water was pretty chilly as it was. We probably would have been too cold to swim in a cave one for very long.

Amazing guide, amazing experience! We went on the private tour with Alex and driver Enrique and it was so nice! Punctual pick-up at our airbnb as well as knowledgable information about Mayans and Mexican history even in the car before we arrived the experience started!

Did the Tulum Express private tour with Joshua. He was great! Very knowledgeable of the historyof the ruins and the Mayan people. He promptly picked us up bright and early which I highly recommend. By the time we were walking out we were seeing huge crowds coming in, so glad we started the day early and skipped the crowd.

Fabulous all the way around. Website and coordination of booking our excursion and communicating with them was excellent. Right on time with excellent quality of transportation and equipment. Juan was our guide and he was impressive! He learned all our names and took wonderful care in our safety, comfort, and creating a memorable and magical excursion. 5 Star all the way around.

Breathtaking cenotes, Tulum and the best guide in the business We couldn?t have had a better day and experience. With several companies to choose from, we chose Absolute Adventures because of how friendly and helpful Claire was in addition to all of the great reviews, which were 100% accurate. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that our guide was Juan Jose and driver Omar. Juan was deeply knowledgeable and kind, and simply a cool dude. It was like we had been friends for years. His tour of Tulum was informative and fun, and he chose the perfect breathtaking cenotes for us to visit. Wonderful and beautiful natural attractions in Tulum and the cenotes + the best guide and driver there could be = a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget and can?t recommend highly enough!

Family Fun!!! This was such a fun tour. I would recommend it to anyone we had ages from six years old to 65 years old. We all loved it. Just want to thank Juan our tour guide. He did a great job. I was nervous about doing the cenote. I have a muscle disease in my legs and he was right there to help me and guide me through and get me in and out. Thanks for your encouragement and help Juan.

Juan, aka JJ, was very good communicator throughout our adventure, he was very curious to get to know us and we felt safe him and the driver for the trip. Akumal Lagoon was cool water, had lots of different fish and fun snorkeling. There is some current, so stay close to the edges when you can. Cenote Dos Ojos was very cool, cold water in the shade, saw divers near the caverns and explored between the two cenotes in a keyhole cavern

This tour was great! Juan, our guide, was super knowledgeable about each location we visited and was able to answer the many questions we asked at the Mayan ruins and cenote we visited. I highly recommend the cave cenote offered by this tour. It was a breathtaking experience not to mention the very refreshing, crystal clear water. Followed by a delicious, authentic lunch at the local open air restaurant. Rodrigo, our driver, was also great! Traveling safely with a van full of people can stressful I’m sure. He took care of our belongings while we were exploring and provided great assistance getting us everything we needed. The tour started early but for good reason. Each place we visited seemed to get pretty busy as we were leaving, so we always stayed ahead of the crowd. The only drawback I’d say was the turtle snorkeling, as It was very crowded. I’m sure there’s just no getting around that but it was a bit frustrating. Still pretty cool experience if you have never been near sea turtles before. All in all, highly recommended this tour they are GREAT!

Amazing tour! Extremely well organized with a knowledgeable, fun and friendly guide. Juan took us to the Tulum ruins, dos ojos cenote and snorkeling in a lagoon with turtles. We had a delicious lunch and margaritas in the jungle near the cenotes. The communication with this tour company was extremely easy. This day was the best part of our vacation and I would 100% recommend this adventure group.

My friends and I had so much fun with our tour guide Joshua and our driver Rodrigo. I would highly recommend them both for your cenote tour. Joshua was so positive, uplifting and knowledgeable. We loved the cenote tour! The water is very cold. I would recommend wearing water shoes because it’s just the easier to not have to worry about taking your shoes on or off and they help protect your feet in the water. I think mine kept my toes a bit warmer also! The bugs are so bad when you’re not in the water but Joshua did a great job keeping us focused on the fun!

This was the perfect tour for our family! Our tour guide, Joshua, was knowledgeable and taught us so much about the Mayan/Tulum culture with explanations of each house, building, and temple, as well as swimming with us and showing us the ins and outs of Cenote Taak Bi Ha. Our driver Rodrigo got us safely from location to location, while keeping the air on in the van, which was a much needed respite from the humidity and the heat. From the ruins to the cenote to our delicious lunch, we had a beautiful experience, and we were so happy that we went with this company! Thank you again to Joshua and Rodrigo for accommodating our party of 11 in the best way possible. What a great memory for all of us to share together!

Did the Tulum, Cenote and swim with sea turtles tour (all in 1 day) It was awesome! Early start was worth it, it was hot already at 8 am in Tulum, followed by the cool cenote, lunch at Juanita’s, and finished with snorkeling with sea turtles. Joshua was very knowledgeable about the history of the Mayans, took lots of pictures for us, while Rodrigo drove us from place to place. It was a private tour, just our group! Well worth it! Highly recommend!

Our party if seven did the private tour visiting the Tulum ruins, Cenote, and Snorkling with Turtles and had a great time. We chose the Taak Bi Ha cenote and it was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you to our tour guide, Alex, who made sure we had a wonderful day!

Arturo was an excellent tour guide. He arrived on time to pick our group up. We got to the ruins early and beat the crowd and heat. He was very professional, showed concern, and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the Mayan culture and people. Then we had a great lunch along with tequila tasting. This was an awesome tour that came with education and fun!! I even learned that anejo tequila is the way to go!! I would definitely book with absolute adventure in the future!!

This cenote tour was one of the best moments in my life. Cenote Sac Actun tour was more like an exploration. In this huge cave, there were only my wife, me, and our guide Alex(Alenjandro), while Taak Bi Ha has one of the most beautiful water I have seen. This private tour is not cheap but 100% worth it. There's no delay for picking up/dropping off multiple guests here and there. Alex and our driver Enrique showed up on time and were so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again to explore other beautiful cenotes.

Amazing Private Tour of Tulum and Cob? This was an excellent private tour. We spent the day touring the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Cob?. Amazing tour and what was more cool is that it was a private tour with just the two of us, our tour guide and our driver. We learned a lot and since Alex, our tour guide was aware that we had studied history and watched several National Geographic programs on the Maya Civilization, therefore he gave us a more detailed and technical discussion of the varios sites, including connections between the maya and nahuatl languages. Lunch was also excellent. Highly recommended!

Great, informative family trip This was an amazing tour. They confirmed, arrived on time, and the transportation vehicle was clean. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and provided so much information. He was very detailed and had a bag with samples of many of the things he was talking about which engaged my teens. Going in the morning and doing a private tour was great to avoid the heat and crowds. I would highly recommend this tour and company.
