Seriously best tour and tour guide in the area! Joshua was fantastic! We did Tulum and two different Cenotes. Amazing places and Joshua was very knowledgeable about the history and locations. We had 8 adults, 3kids, and a baby, So lots to manage. 🤪 He was beyond patient and accommodating. The lunch stop was phenomenal as well. Honestly beautiful location and delicious tacos! Best food I had on the entire vacation!!

Joshua and Enrique were fantastic! They arrived in time and gave us an amazing tour of Chichen Itzá, took us to a beautiful Cenote and we ended with one of the best meals we had all week! Their attention to detail was 5 star and my kids (ages 18, 16, 11) as well as my wife and I really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this company for Riviera Maya private tours.

Incredible Day with Absolute Adventure Mexico! My recent tour with Absolute Adventure Mexico was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, well-organized, and filled with breathtaking moments. Our guide, Joshua, truly made the day unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly, making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and engaged throughout the 6-7 hour adventure. We started the day at the Tulum ruins, where Joshua's detailed explanations brought the ancient site to life. His passion for history and culture was evident and added so much depth to our visit. After exploring the ruins, we had the chance to swim in the stunning cenotes--an experience that was both refreshing and surreal. The crystal-clear water, combined with the unique atmosphere of the cenotes, made for a perfect break before we headed out to snorkel with sea turtles. The snorkeling portion was an absolute highlight. Joshua guided us to the best spots, pointing out turtles and other marine life, ensuring everyone had a chance to see them up close. The weather was fantastic, which added to the overall joy of the day. Joshua's attentiveness, patience, and great communication skills kept us all safe and engaged, making the adventure enjoyable for everyone. I would highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico to anyone looking for a well-rounded, memorable tour in the Tulum area. Thanks to Joshua and the team for an amazing experience!

Perfect day trip, ask for Joshua Our day was perfect as we went to the ruins of Tulum and two very different types of cenotes, all navigated and highlighted by our wonderful guide, Joshua. One of the cenotes was a beautiful open pool with mangroves, a jumping platform and a super fun zipline. The other was an underground cenote with stalactites and snorkeling I'm crystal clear water. The grounds of the ruins were absolutely stunning. I noticed Joshua, our guide, was significantly more engaged than the other guides. Our group, which included four children, felt particularly cared for as we got historical notes and pro tips for the experiences at every turn. We were fortunate for perfect weather. We also stopped for lunch at a hidden treasure of a boutique hotel with ridiculously good food and drinks in a very cool outdoor dining area. While traveling between stops another great thing about Joshua was how he prepared us for what to expect and gave us instructions on do's and don'ts. He did everything in such a friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming way it really made the experience so much better.

Joshua our tour guide and Enrique our driver were amazing. Joshua was very knowledgeable and gave us an amazing tour of Chichen Itz?. Followed by a visit to an amazing Cenote and ended with a delicious lunch at a true authentic Yucat?n food restaurant. They were on time and were paying attention to every single detail to make sure we had an amazing experience.

A fun filled day in Mexico!! With the assistance of Alex our incredible tour guide we had a most memorable day! Each part was so perfectly executed that we learned a ton about Mayan history and local geography! A must do on your trip to Cancun!!

Our families had a fantastic day with Arturo as our guide. Besides being warm and friendly he is extremely knowledgable about all that you are seeing and experiencing and makes sure he moves at the pace you would like to go. We had teenagers with us and he made sure they were included and were enjoying the tour. Our afternoon lunch after the ruins was a top notch local restaurant that gave you an authentic taste of this part of Mexico and was yummy. I would highly recommend this tour to our family and friends and I hope your guide is a terrific as Arturo.

Wow, absolutely amazing tour! From the moment we were picked up at the hotel we had an incredible time. Our tour guide, JJ, was incredible! He had an answer for every question and had an amazing sense of humor. The tour bring you first to the Mayan ruins, we arrived at 8am before the heat a the crowds which was perfect. Next, we went to the Cenote. We were given the choice between 2 and picked the cave option. We were provided complimentary life vests and snorkeling gear. JJ gave our family of 22 all the guidance we would need and watched to make sure everyone was safe as there are no lifeguards on duty. We then stopped for lunch which was at a beautiful hotel. Again this meal was included in our ticket price. Finally we swam with the turtles. This was an amazing once in a lifetime experience. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Playa Del Carmen or Tulum area. Thank you, JJ, for a fantastic experience

We actually could see other tours in Tulum listening to Joshua. The Cenotes were experiences of a lifetime. We took Joshua’s recommendations and it didn’t disappoint. The company was super responsive and professional. They picked us up on time, were very friendly, and were always aware of bathroom breaks, head counts, and lines. Amazing company. As an aside, lunch was the best meal we had for our entire 10 day trip. It’s not some “tacked on” thing. It was really delicious

The tour was a success. Joshua was an excellent tour guide and shared the history of the Mayans and the Toltecs in great detail. He was organized and informed us step by step along the way. He was respectful, kind and made sure our experience was excellent. Enrique was an excellent driver. He got us everywhere we needed to go safely. He picked us up on time and was ready to go to the next stop. He was also very respectful and kind. They both came prepared with drinks and offered us water throughout the day to make sure we were hydrated and comfortable. It was a splendid day and we are thankful that both Joshua and Enrique were there to make it an amazing day!

My sister and I took a private tour this past month with Alex and Enrique. The tour was early and it was fantastic; we had great photos from Coba, where we were nearly the only ones there. We had the cenotes completely to ourselves and the excellent lunch afterwords as well. They were so informative about the mythology, culture and surrounding wherever we were. My husband and I had a small group tour to nearly the same destinations in 2012 but the private tour blew me away with how much more I got out of this trip. Definitely go!

Picked up from our accommodation early so we could get to Tulum before the crowds, on the way Alex the guide talked about the Mayan history and explained everything very clearly using pictures on his tablet. We were the first to arrive at Tulum so had the place to ourselves for awhile. As we walked around Alex explained each ruin. Was the same experience at Coba, but since Coba is a bigger site we rode around on bikes to get to each point a lot quicker. Both sites are different though as Tulum is coastal and has palm tress everywhere and Coba is in the middle of the jungle with trees growing over some of the ruins, so it was good to do both. We opted to do the cenote swims after visiting Coba to cool off which was also amazing. Barely anyone was at each one so practically had them to ourselves. I dropped my phone in one and it died on me so Alex and Enrique the driver offered to go to the shops while we were having lunch to get me a bag of rice. Thankfully it recovered and is working again! Thank you Alex and Enrique. In the van they also supplied water and sodas for the day.

We arrived at the Akumal and swam with turtles before all the crowds arrived, you get a private guide for the turtle swim as well so it feels like a very personal experience. I noticed large groups as we were leaving having to form a large circle around a turtle which I feel would take away from the experience. It was just my friend and I so we were able to get reasonably close and the guide offered to take my gopro and take all the videos for us without anyone in the back ground. It was a great experience. For the cenote swim we chose to do Sac Actun which is a cenote but with a cave attached, Alex the guide took us into the cave, they supplied wetsuits and snorkles. Another great experience, swimming though a cave with stalactites and stalagmites, sometimes with only enough room from you head to be above the water! Alex was awesome and the driver as well, they also supplied water and sodas. On the way to each destination Alex would explain the history of each place and the meanings of the names. The included lunch also had the best fish tacos we have had in Mexico!

He guided us through the site at a perfect pace, ensuring we had time to take in the grandeur of the ruins while learning about their significance. A wonderful experience with friends and our amazing guide, Joshua and our amazing driver, Rodrigo! Joshua was so knowledgable and fun to talk to. My friends and I did the Tulum Private Tour with Turtles and Cenote Snorkeling. We were a group of 8, so it was exciting to experience walking on Mayan land, snorkeling in the cenotes, and snorkeling with turtles. The experience is about 5 hours and it flew by! Joshua made the experience immersive and he was a great guy to talk to. My friends and I enjoyed learning about the Mayans. He showed pictures and gave us a mini history lesson while we were touring the Mayan Ruins and it was an incredible experience. He also took awesome photos of me and my friends. The lunch that was included with the experience was delicious! A great way to relax and chat before we headed to our last excursion. We were staying in Tulum, so it's about a 15-20 minute drive to each location after you're done. After we were done, Joshua gave awesome recs to do in Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Thank you again Joshua! You were an awesome tour guide. If my friends and I are ever in the area, we'll definitely do a tour with you again! Muchas Gracias! 😀

Easy breezy tour to Tulum ruins and 2 cenotes with door to door service from our resort. Our tour guide Arturo provided a plethora of cultural facts about the Mayan settlement in Tulum and our driver Enrique provided a comfortable pleasurable ride. Top notch service all day from both and would highly recommend for your next excursion. Do as many cenotes as you can!

Joshua was an incredible tour guide! Not only was he knowledgable about the history of the Mayans in Tulum, but he also went above and beyond to help me when I struggled to walk. His passion and enthusiasm for sharing this rich history made the experience unforgettable. The cenotes were breathtaking, and swimming with the turtles was a highlight of our trip. The customer service was also excellent - they checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, even after a small hiccup at the start. If we ever return to Mexico, we’ll definitely book another excursion and request Joshua! Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful, memorable tour! Alex, our guide, and Rodrigo, our driver, took great care of us. We toured Mayan ruins in Coba, swam in two cenotes and it even included a private lunch at a local restaurant. Alex was knowledgeable and taught us so much about Mayan culture. Restroom breaks were planned along our route and we were able to include water and drinks. Would completely recommend, and we'll use Absolute Adventure next time we come to Mexico!

The perfect day trip for a large group We booked a private tour for our group of 16 and it was incredible! Could not recommend more highly. They were able to provide transportation in a van large enough for the entire group, and our guide Arturo was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. The ruins were beautiful. The cenote we went to was fantastic and not crowded at all. Then the location they chose for the included lunch was delicious. It was honestly the perfect day trip!

We did the Tulum Mayan ruins + 1 cenote private tour and our tour guide was Alex and our driver was Enrique. I cannot say enough good things about them. We booked last minute, but everything was handled professionally and no stress at all on our part. We felt safe the entire time Enrique was driving. We learned so much about the history of the Mayan ruins and cenotes from Alex. You could tell he really knew his stuff and he enjoyed what he was doing. Since it was our last full day in Mexico, we wanted to do a short tour and this was exactly what we were looking for. We were picked up at 7 and got dropped off by 12. We never felt rushed at any point and it was the perfect tour for our schedule. We will for sure rebook this company for the Chichen Itza tour when we return. 1000000/10 stars.

My husband and I truly recommend this excursion. Our guide Oscar was knowledgeable and friendly. After seeing the ancient community of EK Balam we enjoyed swimming in a cenote. That was followed by a traditional Mexican lunch. It was worth every penny!
