WOW! Where to begin?! We had a GREAT experience with Absolute Adventures. A quick overview -- Guide: Josh (Joshua) Driver: Kiki (Enrique - sp?) Tour: Chichen Itza, Cenote, and Valladolid Everything from start to finish was really outstanding -- from pick-up to drop-off. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Chichen Itza and provided SO much history, cultural background, and insight during the guided tour. I honestly can't imagine if we had just gone on our own and tried to explore the site without our guide. Just as we finished at Chichen Itza, it began to rain... I mean, like tropical storm rain. It poured! But, Josh and Kiki were right there in it with us. Next, we went to Xkeken cenote. Usually there is a choice of cenotes on the tour, but due to the rain and storm, it was recommended that we do Xkeken, since it is a cave cenote. Our guide explained that there would be a chance that the other cenote option would be closed due to the storms. All said, the Xkeken was great. We were able to stay there about an hour before heading to Valladolid for lunch and shopping. Lunch was fabulous. Unfortunately the rain continued, so after spending some time in the town center area, we looked like wet dogs and were completely water logged. But, from there, it was the return trip to our resort. So, we had about 2 1/2 hours to dry out and relax. I would HANDS DOWN use Absolute Adventures again. Thanks to Josh and Kiki for giving us an excursion to remember and talk about for years to come!

Eddy and Enrique were great in facilitating my group’s visit to the Ek Balam ruins and cenote. Eddy was a terrific guide with tons of fun facts about the ruins and Tulum in general and there was never a dull moment with him! Enrique ensured we made it to our destination safely and on time and was even provided us with a few snacks while en route! All in all, I would highly recommended both Eddy and Enrique with Absolute Adventures and will definitely be looking forward to seeing them again on our next trip!

We had a great time on our private 2 cenote and lunch tour with our guide Joshua, who was so friendly and knowledgeable, and our driver Omar. At Joshua's suggestion we went to Nic Te Ha and Taak Bi Ha, both of which were absolutely beautiful, and enjoyed lunch at Juanita's. I would definitely recommend Absolute Adventure, it was so nice to have our own guide and van, so we could really do the things we wanted to do and enjoy our tour.

We had a fantastic time on this trip and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Luis was so knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of our questions and teaching us about the history of Mexico, and the flora and fauna of the region. The actual tour itself was unforgettable; we were able to explore both cenotes completely privately, which was incredibly special. Luis took lots of pictures to help us remember. An incredible trip and 100% recommend to anyone considering. Thanks Rodrigo too for being our driver!

We took a private tour to Chichen-Itza, cenote and Valladolid. Our guide Arturo and the driver Enrique were extremely nice, tanks to them for such a wonderful experience. We came at 8am to Chichen-Itza so in places we were the only one, in the cenote (we asked for Arturo's recommendation), was incredible, again, no one there. And after enjoyed the local cuisine in Valladolid. Definitely would love to repeat this tour or choose another with same company.

This was one of the coolest experiences! We scuba-dived in Los Ojos cenote. Josh was an incredible guide and we wouldn’t have had the same experience without him! Omar was our driver and ensured we were safe and hydrated. Thank you for this unforgettable opportunity!

★★★★★ If you’re looking for one of those rare tour experiences where everything just clicks into place, this is it. Absolute Adventure delivered astonishing service from start to finish. Our guide, Josh, and driver, Kike, made the entire day feel effortless. We were picked up in an immaculate van stocked with cold drinks and all the little necessities you don’t realize you’ll appreciate until you’re out exploring. It felt less like a tour and more like white-glove service. Josh’s English was flawless, and he struck the perfect balance between being informative and letting us simply enjoy the experience. There was no rushing from stop to stop, no forced shopping opportunities, and none of the tourist-trap nonsense that can sometimes creep into excursions in the area. Just a well-organized day focused on what you actually came to see: stunning cenotes, fascinating history, and a memorable experience. The day was capped off with lunch at Chile Picante, a beautiful spot where we were served an absolute feast. The cochinita pibil was the best I’ve had anywhere in the Yucatán. Professional, comfortable, authentic, and genuinely enjoyable. Absolute Adventure set a very high bar for what a guided excursion should be. Highly recommended.

We did the Tulum, Dos Ojos Cenotes, and Akumal (Turtle) Bay Tour and it was Amazing!! Eddie (our Guide) was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the Mayan culture, the Cenotes, and his Mexican heritage. Omar (our driver) was so nice, very soft spoken, but very funny! Swimming with the turtles was a bucket list item for us and it was made even more special because of Eddie and Omar.

Luis was an amazing guide. He has an incredible amount of knowledge of the area and sites. All information was given seamlessly in English and Spanish. Everything was on time and exceeded our expectations. Omar was a wonderful chauffeur. They made our experience to Tulum incredible. Thank you both.

Best tour we’ve ever done! Highly recommend these guys for any tours you do in the area. We had a wonderful day learning about Mayan Culture and checking out the amazing archeological site in Tulum. Then we had a fantastic time in Two Cenotes. Lunch in the jungle and even great music in the van! Arturo our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and offered professional and friendly service plus great driving from Enriquez! Our highlight of the holiday and would recommend to anyone - do a guided tour with these guys, it’s great value for money and you will feel so blessed and happy after!

Arturo & Omar were the absolute BEST & gave us one of our very favorite experiences EVER! Everything was so smooth for transportation, Arturo taught us so many things & showed us some of the coolest places we’ve ever seen. The cenotes were mindblowing & the lunch was next level at Juanita. 10/10 recommend and would do it again on another visit! THANK YOU for a great day seeing Mexico’s beauty & learning so much about Mexican culture, history, and the land we toured. We’ll cherish the memory forever

Absolute Adventure was amazing. They were accommodating. The tour we originally booked was canceled due to protesting. The recommended another tour. They stayed in consistent contact with us. Eddy is a wonderful tour guide. We loved hearing about Tulum and Coba - he really brought history alive for us. Our driver, Enrique, was polite and always kept the van nearby and made sure that we had drinks and cool AC! We highly recommend Absolute Adventure!

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely incredible experience with Absolute Adventure Mexico. Our guide Josh and driver Rodrigo were both super helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They truly made the whole experience perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better team — highly recommend! My wife and I did the private chichen itza, cenote, Valladolid tour with absolute Mexico on Friday May 15 2026. Everything was incredible, our tour guide Eddy, his knowledge was nothing short of extraordinary, we learned so much, many things I had never considered or thought about before. We got to the ruins before it even opened which allowed us to get inside the second they opened, explore the entire available ruins when it was practically empty and vendors were just setting up. By the time we left, the tour busses were just arriving, which meant the cenote we visited was also empty and ours to explore ourselves since the other big tours were still at chichen itza. Lunch in Valladolid was exceptional too and the town is absolute beautiful. The driver was also extremely good and got us everywhere correctly and safely. I highly recommend absolute adventure mexico for any tours you want to do, it will be an easy, laid back, stress-free day where everything goes smooth and perfect. I learned so much and I never thought I'd get the opportunity to see chichen itza. Thank you again absolute adventure mexico!! And also a special thanks to our guide Eddy and our driver Enrique!

Ek Balam private tool was fantastic. Arturo was insightful and passionate about the mayan history. We've done 10+ tours of various Mayan sites. This was our 1st private tour. We'll never do a group tour again. I can't recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico enough!!

We had an absolutely incredible full-day tour with Arturo and his driver, and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From the moment they picked us up, everything was seamless, professional, and right on time. Our driver was exceptional—smooth, safe, and so comfortable to ride with that everyone in our group commented on what a wonderful driver he was throughout the day. Arturo was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting information, while also being completely happy to move at our pace and let us enjoy each experience without feeling rushed. He chose a delicious restaurant for lunch and made some excellent recommendations for our table that we all loved. And the cenote experience… absolutely breathtaking. We ended up being the only people at the cenote we chose for most of our time there, and getting to swim in that kind of peaceful, almost sacred silence was something I’ll never forget. Overall, this was a first-class experience from start to finish. Wonderful people, excellent service, and memories we’ll treasure forever. I would recommend Arturo and his team to anyone without hesitation!

Arturo was a very knowledgeable guide and provided a very interesting, multi-faceted tour of Chichen Itza. He was also aware of all of us on the tour, and was constantly checking in to make sure we were all doing okay in the sun and heat, which was especially appreciated since my dad is diabetic! The journey to and from the site was also smooth and worry-free, it was a great experience!

Absolute Adventure Mexico is the absolutely best thing we have done on our holiday to Mexico! We done the private tour to Chichen Itza with Dulce our tour guide and Omar our driver! They were amazing pick up early to get to the site first thing before it got busy (and hot!) Dulce was a wealth of information. Then over to Valadollid for lunch and some free time around the shops! Can’t say enough great things about our experience it was definitely the highlight of our holiday!

Absolute Adventures Mexico Private tour of Tulum and Coba was one of my favorite tours of all the places we have been. Dulce and Omar got us there quickly and their knowledge of the areas we toured was very comprehensive. They were able to answer the questions that we asked and much more. I would definitely recommend Absolute Adventures Mexico and Dulce and Omar for tours on the Yucatan Peninsula. The small company really has a personal touch and customer service approach.

I thought the tour guides were great, but I felt like the tour itself fell flat with the turtles. My friend ended up with seaweed dermatitis, and the water was not clear and it was really difficult to see the animals. This is definitely not a toddler friendly tour Which was my first mistake. The open lagoon/cenote with clear water and fish was absolutely amazing and redeemed the trip. I would absolutely do another tour with this company, but skip the turtles.

We did Tulum Ruins and Jaguar cenote. Ruby was my connection on email when I booked and she was very quick to handle changes we had to our group size. We had Eddy as our tour guide and Rodrigo as our driver. Both were amazing. Eddy was very knowledgeable about Tulum and Mexico in general. We were a group of 11 and were very comfortable in the transportation provided. Highly recommend this company.

We booked two tours with Absolute Adventire, chichen itza and cenote and the reef tour. Our guide JJ and driver Josmar were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I love that everything is included (even lunch), meaning we didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the days. With a group of 2 adults and 6 older teenagers/young adults this meant less stress for myself and my husband which is a huge win. We also love that we had the same guide and driver for both excursions! I would recommend both tours and Absolute Adventure again and again.
