Dulce, our guide, and Carlos, our driver, were the perfect combination for our tours with Absolute Adventures! On our first tour with them, we visited the Tulum Ruins, swam with turtles at Akmul and then snorkeled at Sac Ahtun Cenote. On our second tour, we visited Chichen Itza, Samula Cenote and Vallodid. The Perfect Private Tour.Our private guide was Juan and he was the perfect match for my wife and I. Juan was knowledgeable and very personable. He made us feel at ease and answered all our questions. The trip was perfect as we made it to Tulum right at opening and missed the crowds. We also made it to the cenote early and Juan, my wife and I were the only 3 people in the cenote. Lunch at a local restaurant was great then off to swim with sea turtles at Akumal. We saw many sea turtles, sting rays, parrot fish, sea enchants, puffer fish, permit fish, star fish and a variety of other tropical fish. Having a private guide is the best way to experience the unique sites of the area while giving you the ultimate flexibility. We would highly recommend this tour and more specifically Juan as your guide. As a bonus, Juan was also a great photographer with our iPhone.

Excellent tour guide - enjoyed our day! Our group of 7 family members had a fantastic time touring the Tulum ruins and swimming with the turtles at Akumal. We enjoyed the lunch as well. It was and excellent day. Rodrigo drove and got us there and back safely. Arturo was an awesome guide through the Tulum. He managed to steer us away from the crowds and we never felt rushed or crowded. We did leave early in the morning and there were lots of people walking in as we left. Arturo was knowledgeable about the ruins and the vegetation. We didn't do a cenote swim as that was not something we wanted included. It was so nice to visit Arturo while we had an authentic Mexican meal at a restaurant near Akumal.

Omar and Alex were our driver and tour guide for the private, 3 cenote snorkeling tour with lunch. It was a great experience. Alex spoke perfect English and was very knowledgable about the local culture. The cenotes were awesome, and Alex was great at guiding us through each of them. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants some cenote variety.

Truly unique Yucatán experience! 2hour drive from Cancun, but guide, snorkeling the crystal clear cenotes and lunch was worth it.

We appreciated an early pickup so missed the crowds. Juan our guide was very personable, knowledgeable and fun but was very respectful of our privacy. The cenotes we visited were gorgeous and lunch was excellent. We look forward to future tours and hope Juan is our adventure buddy.

Alex our guide and Omar our driver were awesome! Logistics from pick-up at our hotel until we were dropped off 8 hours were later were perfect. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a great passion for sharing Mexican history and loves cultural exchange with his clients. The early pick-up was worth it to see Tulum practically empty and to have the Jaguar cenote all to ourselves. We had a delicious lunch at the family-run Juanita. The water was a bit rough at Akumal, but we still saw the turtles on our snorkel outing. Our tour with Absolute Adventure was a great addition to one of our family?s all-time best vacations!

These guys did a great job! They were punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Juan was our guide and was great with our kids, funny, smart, and a lot of fun. Would highly recommend it. Some might be scared off by the early start, but don?t be! To get to Chich?n Itz? early without the crowds of tourists and vendors was totally worth it. We also loved the cenote and the place we ate in Valladolid. It was a great day and worth every penny.

Wow!! This tour was incredible and Alex/Rodrigo our guides were great. The cenotes we went to were beautiful and also not crowded. This felt like a VIP experience and I can?t wait to recommend and return.

Could not have had a better experience! Our tour guide, Alex, briefed us on the history of the ruins & cenotes from the moment he picked us up from our hotel. Alex is extremely knowledgable about the history and very accommodating! We were literally the first people to walk into the ruins that day. Lunch in the Mayan community was incredible. We visited one of the Cenotes - so beautiful! Snorkeling with the sea turtles was really neat too..I would book this trip again!

This is THE tour to do! I did this tour with a group of 4 (two couples) and our guide Alex was fantastic! He was incredibly passionate and knowledgable about Mayan history and culture, giving us added information about architecture and astrology in a personable and digestible way. I've been to Tulum 3 times now; once without a guide, once on a group tour, and now with a private guide and Alex pointed out things that had been missed my first two times there. This tour itinerary is perfect - you don't drive more than 40 minutes to each activity, lunch was the best meal of our entire trip, and you get back around 3pm with plenty of time for the pool before dinner. By leaving early in the morning, you miss the crowds and the heat of the day while at the cenote or snorkeling with Turtles. This tour with Alex was the highlight of our trip. If I could, I'd do this tour all over again!

We were a group of 5 and booked the tulum ruins and tequila tasting tour. Our tour guide was Arturo. He was on time to pick us up for our tour. Arturo was very friendly, easy going and knowledgeable on both archaeological site as well as tequila. We had a really good time. Thank you Arturo. We loved it ??

Loved our private Tulum and Turtle tour. We took the Tulum and Turtle tour with Dulce as our guide and Carlos as our driver. The hospitality of the private tour was so nice and easy. We had our 6-year-old with us, and they were very understanding of her needs. Dulce knows so much about Tulum, shared great information with us, and answered many questions. She even took the shadier path to the exit when our daughter was getting hot. Dulce made sure we found our way to all the things we needed in Akumal Bay (where to put our things, our snorkeling guide, changing rooms, etc). We had a delicious and lovely lunch after our snorkeling tour. We loved being able to leave gear in the van knowing it was secure. Highly recommend this group for a private tour! No sunscreen is allowed in Akumal Bay. We wore long sleeve rash guards and swim pants and didn't get burned. We did see turtles! Also starfish and many kinds of fish.

Amazing Day with Great People! We enjoyed a beautiful and perfectly organized day in the company of Arturo and Carlos, visiting the ruins at Tulum, swimming in a cenote, and snorkeling with the sea turtles! Absolutely fantastic! Our son is a young man with a special need, and this team did an amazing job of, not only attending to his needs, but also of making sure he just felt like "one of the guys". ?? Unfortunately, my youngest daughter was car sick during our outing (I never should have let her sit in the back of the van, lol) but this too they handled with grace, making her feel at ease. Highly recommend them!

Best way to see the cenotes! Great experience! Guide, Dulce, and driver, Omar, were excellent! Recommended start time got us to the first cenote just after it opened? saw fish, turtles, and amazing plants? we were the only ones there. Dos Ojos was terrific as well. Dulce was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, helpful, and relaxed. The private tour meant we were able to enjoy each spot at our own pace. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time with absolute adventure tours. My partner and I had the pleasure of having alex as our guide and Omar as our driver. We selected to do 2 cenotes, 1 cave and 1 open . They were so beautiful and alex did a great job of making sure we were safe when entering and existing cenotes. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to see everything we wanted to see. We then went to a local restaurant with great food (all included in the cost of the trip). While we were exploring Omar stayed with any of our belongings in the van. He also gave us sodas and waters. This was a great experience and next time we are in Mexico we will be booking with absolute adventures.

We had an excellent tour of Coba's Mayan ruins and cenotes. We also had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Alex G. was an amazing guide. Very engaging and informative. Our driver Rodrigo got us to and from the resort with ease. Best tour I've been on in Mexico.

We recently went on the Dos Ojos Cenote tour. It was possibly one of, if not the, best excursion we have ever been on! We were fortunate enough to see/be shown all of the amazing sights . The astounding Cenote structures themselves, snorkeling beneath the bats, the birds and the surrounding natural beauty, all of which was made that extra bit special by our tour guide Alex.G and his fantastic tour and knowledge of the area and its rich cultural history. Big thank you?d to both Alex G and Carlos for taking us on a breathtaking adventure!! We cannot wait to come back and tour more cenotes!!

Expectations Exceeded! My wife and I booked a cenote excursion on our trip to Cancun. When I was looking at the tour options for the cenotes, I'll admit, I thought it was a bit pricey. However, Juan and Carlos were at our resort at the scheduled time and provided a very personable experience. We were fortunate to be the only ones in the the Cenotes upon arrival and they were stunning! I can't believe this tour isn't significantly higher ranked on tripadvisoor as it was our favorite part of Mexico-- and our resort was fantastic! Lunch was amazing and should definitely be added to all cenote tours. Skipping it would be a mistake. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It will be remembered for quite a while!

After two days of lounging poolside we were ready for an adventure! Our driver, Carlos, and guide, Dulce, picked us up at our hotel at 7am sharp and we headed to Tulum. Dulce's extensive knowledge about Mayan culture and the history of the ruins enhanced our experience so much, and we were very happy to get there early to beat the crowds and the heat. From there, we chose between 3 different cenotes and ultimately opted for Taak Bi Ha because it was underground and we thought it would offer a more unique experience. We were really happy with our choice and the chance to snorkel among the stalagtites and stalagmites, along with some bat visitors! Once again, Dulce was engaging and knowledgeable as she told us about the different geological formations and ecosystems. Finally, we went to Akumel, where another guide took us out to snorkel among the turtles. The beach and turtle viewing areas were very crowded, but the guides were doing a great job making sure that the turtles had space and that everyone had a chance to see. Apparently it's rare not to see the turtles -- we some some immediately, as well as some other interesting reef fish. We would highly recommend this tour! We were back at our hotel in Playa del Carmen by 2pm, but nothing felt rushed. We can't wait to do another tour next time we're in Mexico!

We had an amazing time! Dulce and Rodrigo were wonderful guides. Everything was easy and comfortable. We arrived before the crowds at Tulum. Dulce is very knowledgeable and told us all about the history of the area. The cave cenote was beautiful. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant was lovely. We finished up snorkeling with the turtles at Akumal. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend especially if you want to go at your pace and avoid the crowds. Thank you so much!

Beautiful cenotes, delicious lunch. Our private tour of the Dos Ojos cenotes was a lot of fun and a very memorable experience! The cenotes were beautiful and refreshing and our tour guide, Juan (JJ) was awesome. He was fun, easy to talk to and he took some some great photos of us. We had a lot of fun chatting with JJ at lunch and enjoying a delicious meal together. Highly recommend the tour!
