Amazing Day with Great People! We enjoyed a beautiful and perfectly organized day in the company of Arturo and Carlos, visiting the ruins at Tulum, swimming in a cenote, and snorkeling with the sea turtles! Absolutely fantastic! Our son is a young man with a special need, and this team did an amazing job of, not only attending to his needs, but also of making sure he just felt like "one of the guys". ?? Unfortunately, my youngest daughter was car sick during our outing (I never should have let her sit in the back of the van, lol) but this too they handled with grace, making her feel at ease. Highly recommend them!

Best way to see the cenotes! Great experience! Guide, Dulce, and driver, Omar, were excellent! Recommended start time got us to the first cenote just after it opened? saw fish, turtles, and amazing plants? we were the only ones there. Dos Ojos was terrific as well. Dulce was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, helpful, and relaxed. The private tour meant we were able to enjoy each spot at our own pace. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time with absolute adventure tours. My partner and I had the pleasure of having alex as our guide and Omar as our driver. We selected to do 2 cenotes, 1 cave and 1 open . They were so beautiful and alex did a great job of making sure we were safe when entering and existing cenotes. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to see everything we wanted to see. We then went to a local restaurant with great food (all included in the cost of the trip). While we were exploring Omar stayed with any of our belongings in the van. He also gave us sodas and waters. This was a great experience and next time we are in Mexico we will be booking with absolute adventures.

We had an excellent tour of Coba's Mayan ruins and cenotes. We also had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Alex G. was an amazing guide. Very engaging and informative. Our driver Rodrigo got us to and from the resort with ease. Best tour I've been on in Mexico.

We recently went on the Dos Ojos Cenote tour. It was possibly one of, if not the, best excursion we have ever been on! We were fortunate enough to see/be shown all of the amazing sights . The astounding Cenote structures themselves, snorkeling beneath the bats, the birds and the surrounding natural beauty, all of which was made that extra bit special by our tour guide Alex.G and his fantastic tour and knowledge of the area and its rich cultural history. Big thank you?d to both Alex G and Carlos for taking us on a breathtaking adventure!! We cannot wait to come back and tour more cenotes!!

Expectations Exceeded! My wife and I booked a cenote excursion on our trip to Cancun. When I was looking at the tour options for the cenotes, I'll admit, I thought it was a bit pricey. However, Juan and Carlos were at our resort at the scheduled time and provided a very personable experience. We were fortunate to be the only ones in the the Cenotes upon arrival and they were stunning! I can't believe this tour isn't significantly higher ranked on tripadvisoor as it was our favorite part of Mexico-- and our resort was fantastic! Lunch was amazing and should definitely be added to all cenote tours. Skipping it would be a mistake. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It will be remembered for quite a while!

After two days of lounging poolside we were ready for an adventure! Our driver, Carlos, and guide, Dulce, picked us up at our hotel at 7am sharp and we headed to Tulum. Dulce's extensive knowledge about Mayan culture and the history of the ruins enhanced our experience so much, and we were very happy to get there early to beat the crowds and the heat. From there, we chose between 3 different cenotes and ultimately opted for Taak Bi Ha because it was underground and we thought it would offer a more unique experience. We were really happy with our choice and the chance to snorkel among the stalagtites and stalagmites, along with some bat visitors! Once again, Dulce was engaging and knowledgeable as she told us about the different geological formations and ecosystems. Finally, we went to Akumel, where another guide took us out to snorkel among the turtles. The beach and turtle viewing areas were very crowded, but the guides were doing a great job making sure that the turtles had space and that everyone had a chance to see. Apparently it's rare not to see the turtles -- we some some immediately, as well as some other interesting reef fish. We would highly recommend this tour! We were back at our hotel in Playa del Carmen by 2pm, but nothing felt rushed. We can't wait to do another tour next time we're in Mexico!

We had the most amazing time! Arturo was an awesome guide and human being... my wife hurt her leg just before our vacation, and being on crutches Arturo helped push her in a wheelchair so she didn't miss a thing at the ruins (way above and beyond expectations). Akumal and cenote snorkeling was so beautiful and fun... We recommend anyone who is looking for a carefree fantastic Tulum Adventure to book with them. We truly couldn't be happier with our experience and our new Friends. Thank you Absolute Adventure!!

We had an amazing time! Dulce and Rodrigo were wonderful guides. Everything was easy and comfortable. We arrived before the crowds at Tulum. Dulce is very knowledgeable and told us all about the history of the area. The cave cenote was beautiful. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant was lovely. We finished up snorkeling with the turtles at Akumal. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend especially if you want to go at your pace and avoid the crowds. Thank you so much!

Beautiful cenotes, delicious lunch. Our private tour of the Dos Ojos cenotes was a lot of fun and a very memorable experience! The cenotes were beautiful and refreshing and our tour guide, Juan (JJ) was awesome. He was fun, easy to talk to and he took some some great photos of us. We had a lot of fun chatting with JJ at lunch and enjoying a delicious meal together. Highly recommend the tour!

This was a good tour! Arturo was a kind tour guide. They picked us up on time in a clean van and supplied us with iced water through out. The ruins admission and lunch was covered. The tour was informative and beautiful. The lunch was delicious. The Tequila tasting was a lot of fun, with many choices. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience. My friends and I really enjoyed this private tour. Alex G. and Carlos showed up at our hotel on time and provided some history on our drive to the Tulum ruins. Alex made sure we had everything we needed and provided so much information we wouldn't have learned had we done the trip by ourselves. We had a choice of cenotes and we went with Taak Bi Ha, which was amazing. I've never experience anything like that in my life. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend Absolute Adventure.

Memorable mom-daughter experience. Highly recommend this tour! My teen daughter and I had a great time. The Tulum ruins were interesting and our tour guide Dulce gave us their right amount of info as we walked through the site. Snorkeling was fun and we enjoyed it, but be aware the water felt a bit crowded at times. Plenty of water to spread out to though when you need more space. The cenote was our favorite of the day. We chose the underground cenote (they give you 3 options). Wow. Unlike anything we’ve ever seen. We’ll both remember this for a long time. Thank you Dulce and Rodrigo (our driver) for a safe and memorable tour.

The BEST-don't hesitate! Amazing!!! This experience exceeded any expectations that I had. Our tour guide, Juan, was knowledgeable, experienced, savvy, fun and thoughtful. He knew all the tricks of getting us around in Tulum-with amazing photo ops to start, shady spots to tell us about the history and all the ways to skirt around the crowds. He then took us to the Cenotes where we had the best experiences! Zip lining, cliff jumps, snorkeling in caves shopping all followed by an amazing lunch at a restaurant in the jungle. I highly recommend this tour!

Just book it! Incredible experience, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Arturo is a fantastic guy, very knowledgeable about Tulum and Mayan history. Tulum was busy but Arturo took us on a good route to see everything and learn about the site. Next, the cenote he recommended was just magical and we couldn’t believe how quiet it was, there were only a few other people there. Arturo was patient teaching us how to snorkel which I was most nervous about. Lunch afterwards was super tasty! Omar was a great driver and the van was very comfortable. Overall a very special experience I highly recommend you book with Absolute Adventure!

Our guide Arturo was awesome! We had an amazing time and even though our visit to the Tulum ruins was early, it was totally worth it. The people were coming in by the bus loads as we were leaving. Timing is everything on a holiday!! The cenote was amazing!!! Lunch was an incredible stop! Awesome traditional Mexican lunch. Our daughters gluten free needs were met better than expected!! We will stop there for lunch again!! Our guide was very informative and had a terrific sense of humor. Spoke English very well as our Spanish is very limited.

Wonderful tour!! We did a day long to Citizen Itza and swim at a cenote. Every detail was looked after, including a few unexpected ones that came up during the tour. Alejandro (our guide) and Rodriguez (our driver) were super knowledgeable, polite, considerate, and took excellent care of us, including my 80 year old parents. Highly recommend!

10 Gold Stars We love Arturo. My friends and I visited in a large group for a cenote tour, a tequila tasting and lunch. Arturo was very accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, fun and kind to our large group from beginning to end. I can’t say enough good things about Arturo! The cenote was beautiful, the tequila tasting was a fun experience, and we learned a lot, and the lunch was great and the staff was all so accommodating and kind to us. For me, this tour was the most memorable part of our Tulum vacation and I would highly reccommend booking!

We’ve done many private tours around the world, but this one was by far the best. Our guide, Dulce, was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and our driver, Carlos, was so lovely. Highlights include Dulce’s incredible knowledge of Mayan cultural heritage across Tulum, zip lining and swimming in a large cenote all by ourselves, enjoying a delicious lunch in the jungle, and ending the excursion snorkeling with turtles in a reef and crystal clear waters. Run, don’t walk, to book your tour with Absolute Adventure!

Mes enfants ( 13, 11 et 9 ans) et moi avons effectué trois excursions privées avec cette agence (jungle et Coba, Tulum et cenotes et Akumal et tortues). Claire a été notre guide pendant ces trois super journées. Tout a été parfait, depuis la prise en charge à notre hôtel aux explications pendant les excursions (en français) en passant par les excellents repas mayas et mexicains. Le chauffeur était très prudent et respectueux du code de la route. L équipement de snorkeling était fourni et tous les conseils donnés pour se sentir en toute sécurité. Les excursions mêlent culture, sport, découverte des fonds marins, top avec des enfants ! Par ailleurs, les horaires de départ permettent des visites sans trop de touristes sur les sites et la visite de certains sites (comme les cenotes) un peu en dehors des grands circuits touristiques classiques, ce qui est un vrai plus. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Beautiful snorkel. Excellent experience snorkeling the reef at puerto Morelos with Arturo today! The port was unusually busy with a swimming competition, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were as comfortable as possible. Beautiful fish and coral - super fun place to snorkel.

We had an amazing cenote tour with Alex (guide) and Carlos (driver). We got to choose which cenotes to pick and we were pretty much the only people there. It was super relaxing and lovely. The cenotes were amazing. The lunch at the end was also delicious. Highly recommended if you want to avoid big crowds

Magical trips. We went on two tours with Absolute Adventure Mexico. Tulum, Turtles & Snorkelling and Chichen itzá & Valladolid. On both trips Alex was our guide and Carlos our driver. I can’t recommend the trips highly enough. Alex was a fantastic guide and Carlos a courteous driver. The Tulum trip was packed with 3 amazing experiences, our favourite was snorkelling in the cenote. We chose Taak Bi Ha, which was underground. It was in the middle of the jungle with hardly anyone else there, spectacular with stalagmites and stalactites. At Akumal we saw 4 turtles, including a baby. Also stingrays and star fish. The Chichén itzá trip was great. We got there early and spent 3 hours there with expert commentary from Alex. He’s also a great photographer and took amazing photos of us together. Tasty Mayan lunch at a picturesque courtyard next to the church in Valladolid, but didn’t get much time to explore the city.

The day spent with Arturo was the highlight of our holiday. He was fun, informative and seemed to take pleasure in our enjoyment. The Kaan Luum lagoon and the Cenote were both very special. My wife snorkelled for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it in a calm and safe environment. I would highly recommend Absolute Adventure who offered prompt responses and a first class service. Don’t bother looking elsewhere just book with this company if you prefer a quality private tour!

Excellent Tours! We booked 4 private tours with Absolute Adventure Mexico and all of them were fantastic! I would highly recommend! We had a group of 14 adults and 3 kids under 3 years old for the Tulum and Cenote tour and everything went wonderfully. We also did the Three Cenote Tour, Reef Snorkeling in Puerto Morelos and ChiChen Itza tour. We had Juan as our guide on all 4 tours and he is AMAZING! He had so much fun with him as our guide.

Our family had a fantastic day visiting the Mayan Ruins, a cenote, lunch and swimming with turtles. Our guide Joshua was very knowledgeable and fun to be around, he really made the whole experience a great one. I would highly recommend this tour to any one!
