Exceptional tours and fantastic experiences in Mexico We did 3 full day tours with Absolute Adventure (Tulum, Chechen Itza, Ek Balam). Our guides Christina and Arthuro were fantastic. They explained us lot of historical events, answered to so many questions we had on Mexico. They took care of us when swimming in the denotes and when we climbed the Ek Balam temple. The restaurants for lunch were also well chosen : good Mexican foods, pleasant places. Our driver (Marius) was also perfect ! Don't hesitate to book a tour with Absolute Adventure !

Absolute Success! Take Me Back! We took a private tour through this company and can?t recommend it enough. We went to Chitzen Itza, a cenote, and had lunch in a local small city. Our tour guide Josue was so knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle picked us up from the front door of our hotel and provided treats and water as needed throughout the day, as well as lunch at a small restaurant. Will definitely take another tour with them the next time we are Cancun!

Love this company the tour was perfect Christina and Omar were AMAZING. I can't speak highly enough about them and this tour. It is so reasonably priced for a private tour and lunch. Christina was there to engage and answer any questions and was highly knowledgeable about every place we went. They offered plenty of drinks. The reservations were easy and they answered questions quickly. If we come back I'll do more tours.

Cristina and Omar were the best!!! We went on the Tulum tour our first day here with Cristina as our guide and Omar as our driver. Omar was an excellent driver! Having been to Central America before, the driving can be challenging but we felt perfectly safe the entire time and got to where we needed to one time! Cristina was a delight as well! She shared with us so much knowledge about the region. She was knowledgeable about the history as well as current day ongoings of the sites we visited. Out of all the tours I've done, this has been the best! I would highly recommend!

Wonderful day in Chichen Itza and beyond! My family and I had a wonderful tour today with Josh and Enrique! Everything was so smooth and efficient - starting with our early morning pickup at our resort. We were so glad we had such a knowledgeable guide like Josh to give us such insight into Chichen Itza, from where to stand to get the best pics, how to bargain with salespeople, to explaining the nuances of the Mayan culture - complete with pictures on his ipad to really bring the history to life. He was very patient with our 10 yo son who asked him many questions! I can easily see how a visit to Chichen Itza could be overwhelming in terms of crowds, and his guidance was so appreciated! We enjoyed our time at the Oxman cenote (rope swing was great!) and then our stop in Valladolid. Delicious lunch and we enjoyed dining with Josh and hearing his stories and perspective! All in all, an amazing day to pack so much in and get so much knowledge! Well worth it!! Josh and Enrique went at our pace and were right where we needed them! Highly recommend!

Excellent snorkeling experience We had a great tour with Turtles and Cenote Snorkeling. The cenote we chose was Yal Ku Lagoon. It was spectacular for snorkeling and one of the highlights of our trip! We then had a lunch with Alex which was very nice. Thanks to our driver, Enrique, as well. It was nice to talk to him about his life and experiences in this region of Mexico.

Awesome sea turtle and cenote experience! This tour was fantastic! We got a chance to snorkel and see sea turtles. Then we went and explored two cenotes, one where we also did a zipline across the cenote and another that was underground and cavernous. Very Indiana Jones-like experience. The lunch was also very authentic and delicious. Cristina was an awesome guide too. Very energetic and fun. Would highly recommend.

Cenote fun times! A group of us were in Mexico for my 40th birthday and decided to do this tour to get off property and we were glad we did. Christina was our guide and she did a fantastic job. Unfortunately we didn?t get to see many turtles, but that can?t be controlled! We did two cenotes, Jaguar which was an open air cenote with a zip line and Taak Bi Ha which was an absolutely amazing underground cenote! Would highly recommend and you should ask for Christina, she?s the best!!!

Amazing, you won?t regret it!!! If you?re looking for a tour company to explore the Mayan ruins and cenotes, stop searching and book with Absolute Adventure immediately. From the start, their communication was quick, clear, and helpful, and they made it easy to customize our day to visit both Tulum and Coba plus two cenotes. Our guide, Alex, was insanely knowledgeable, kind, and fun to spend the day with, and our driver, Enrique, made us feel completely safe and cared for. It was the perfect mix of adventure, history, and fun. We had the best time and couldn?t recommend Absolute Adventure more!!

A simple experience, with a wealth of knowledge Hands down, Alex is the best! My family and I have taken this tour twice now, mostly for the same activity, just so we could get the opportunity to pick his brain some more about the area, the food and above all, the culture. I don't think I've found another tour company in Mexico that had the knowledge and personality that Alex had. I will continue to come back, so long as he's still here. Absolute Adventure, give this man a raise already!! He's well deserving and Enrique as well. They are incredibly helpful and courteous all the way around. Hope to see you soon!

Great experience for a family Alex and Enrique provided a wonderful adventure for our family. They were incredibly patient with our toddler needing some bathroom and snack breaks. We learned so much from the tour at the site and getting info all along the drive was a great way to pass the time and learn even more about what we were going to see. Magical Adventure through the Tulum Cenotes. I couldn?t have imagined a more magical day exploring the cenotes of Tulum. Our guide, Arturo, was so knowledgeable on the best grouping of cenotes to explore, as well as how to navigate through. I could feel the passion that he had for these natural wonders and saw it through my own eyes. Learning about the natural formations, wildlife, and history of Tulum?s cenotes is an experience I?ll never forget. If I could recommend one reservation to make for anyone visiting the Tulum area, it would be a tour with Absolute Adventure. Thank you again Arturo!

Fantastic half day tour of the Tulum Ruins and Cenotes Cristina and Omar were fantastic tour guides ? knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Our group consisted of myself and four friends, and we had an amazing time. One of the best things about booking with Absolute Adventure is the flexibility. You can completely tailor the experience to your preferences. Want to explore the Tulum Ruins followed by snorkeling in one cenote? Two cenotes? Lunch included or not? You even get to choose which cenotes you?d like to visit. And if you?re unsure, you can wait until the morning of your tour to discuss options with your guides ? which is exactly what we did. They picked us up right outside our accommodation in a comfortable, air-conditioned van ? with working seat belts, which was a nice touch! On the way to the ruins, Cristina asked us a few questions to help choose the best cenotes for our group. The Tulum Ruins tour was smooth and informative. It was such a relief not to worry about entrance fees or logistics ? everything was prearranged. Just a heads up: it?s hot and exposed out there. Cristina even gave us a choice between two walking routes ? one more scenic but sunny, and the other shadier. We, of course, opted for the shade! After the ruins, we hopped back in the van (where cold water and sodas were waiting for us on ice) and headed to Parque Dos Ojos, home to both Cenote Nic Te Ha and Cenote Taak Bi Ha. Snorkeling in these two very different cenotes was the highlight of our day. Nic Te Ha is open-air, bright and green, filled with lilies and fish ? the light reflecting through the water was stunning. In contrast, Taak Bi Ha is an underground cenote with stalactites, stalagmites, and even bats! We also saw divers heading into the cave system, which was super cool. Cristina joined us in the water at Taak Bi Ha, guiding us through the cave and pointing out interesting features along the way. We finished the day with lunch at a jungle-side restaurant near the cenotes. The food was delicious, drinks were available for purchase, and there was even a gift shop with some fun souvenirs. A huge thank you to Cristina, Omar, and Absolute Adventure for an unforgettable day. We absolutely loved it!

Lots of Fun. Lots of laughs. Learned a lot. Best gude ever! We just returned from our tour with Absolute Adventure. Our tour guide was Josh and he is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the Coba ruins, their history, and its continuing influence in the local culture surrounding them. He is an excellent communicator, and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. We have been on tours in Mexico multiple times and places, Costa Rica, Belize, Hawaiian Islands, Canada, and the US, and this tour was one the very best we have taken. A lot of that was due to Josh and his efforts to insure that we learned a lot, and had a lot of fun in the process. Hands down, without a doubt, this is tour you want to take if you are in Playa del Carmen or in the Cancun area. Be sure to ask for Josh and you will have a fantastic day and experience!

Choose Josh for your guide with Absolute Adventure. He was awesome and spoke great english! Josh was a great tour guide with Absolute Adventures. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Myan culture. He made the experience so enjoyable always making sure we knew what to expect. We never felt rushed. If you have the chance, pick Josh for your tour guide.
